Our family-friendly Villetta is located about 200 meters above Limone with a spectacular view of over 40 km over Lake Garda, Malcesine and Monte Baldo. The apartment is suitable for four people and consists of a living and dining room with lake view, two bedrooms (double bed 160 x 200 cm) with lake view, a bathroom with shower and window and two open garages. The apartment was completed in 2016. newly renovated. Our Villetta is ideal for connoisseurs of a relaxing holiday and an ideal starting point for hikers, surfers, sailors and bikers and much more. The romantic town of Limone (2.5 km) with its beautiful lake promenade and countless winding streets offers you everything you need for an unforgettable holiday in Italy. Enjoy wonderful restaurants and trattorias in and around Limone.

Hat alles gepasst. Wir waren zu zweit, dafür war es richtig gut, mit 4 Personen wird es etwas eng.

Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und gut eingerichtet. Alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt ist vorhanden. Super ist der Balkon mit dem traumhaften Blick auf den See und das andere Ufer. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit traumhaften Blick

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem gemütlichen, sehr gut ausgestatteten, kleinem Haus mit wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Berge. Super war auch, dass man den Pool des benachbarten Hotels mitbenutzen kann, was wir auch bei den hohen Temperaturen oft genutzt haben.

Es geht kaum besser.

Auch beim zweiten Aufenthalt ist man immer noch verzaubert vom dem Ausblick den man hat. Einrichtung,Sauberkeit alles top, wie gewohnt! Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter! Die Nutzung der Poolanlage des Hotels ist das I-Tüpfelchen.. ich hoffe wir dürfen das im nächsten Jahr wiederholen.

Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und alles (Wohnung, Geschirr, Wäsche etc.) ist absolut sauber. Da haben wir schon ganz anderes erlebt... Lage bzw. die Aussicht ist eigentlich "unbezahlbar". Insofern uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Kurzurlaub am Gardasee

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einer spektakulären Aussicht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und für uns war das Haus perfekt ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und alle Fragen im Vorfeld geklärt. Im Ortsteil Bassanega gibt es weder eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit noch ein Restaurant, auch fußläufig ist nichts zu erreichen, das hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Dafür war die Möglichkeit den naheliegenden Pool zu nutzen ein absolutes Plus.

Fein und schön privat

Die Aussicht auf den See ist grandios, wie auf den Bildern aus jedem Zimmer super. Auch die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Toll waren ebenso die zwei Pools im benachbarten Hotel, trotz Hochsaison gab es immer ausreichend Liegen und auch hier hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Versorgung am Pool mit Getränken, Eis und typisch italienischen Snacks ist prima wenn man mal einen Tag ausspannen möchte. Die Zufahrt von der Straße ist für Flachländer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wir sind dann öfter einfach dort von der Hauptstraße abgebogen wo der Müll entsorgt werden soll, hier kann man die Straße besser einsehen.

Traumlage am Gardasee!

Das Haus befindet sich auf einer Anhöhe mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den See. Der letzte Anstieg ist sehr steil und man kann nur hoffen, dass einem kein Auto entgegen kommt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung entspricht deutschem Standard. Die Ausstattung war komplett. Der Vermieter war über WhatsApp sehr hilfsbereit. Check-in klappte völlig problemlos.
