On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and kitchen as well as a bathroom. Access to 2 terraces. TV via satellite: Norwegian and European TV channels via Viasat. German and international TV channels via Astra1. Internet for surfing only. Bathing possibilities on a shallow sandy beach, 300 m away. Smoke oven for fish, hot smoking. Indoor filleting space for fish with light and running water. Distance to boat: 20 meters. Boats for rent: 1x 19 foot Hobby 555 boat with 60 HP Suzuki, GPS/chart plotter/sonar. 1x 21 foot Gemi 630 with 115 HP engine, GPS/chart plotter/echo sounder. A small building of 10-12 sqm with filleting, water and light, freezer, refrigerator and space for storage of fishing equipment m.m. Going by boat under the bridge at Garten is only possible with high tide. Salmon fishing in Norddalselva, 70 km. Trout and char in Liavatnet, 27 km. The holiday home is a great starting point for car trips on the Fosen Peninsula, to Trondheim, Røros etc. 5 km to the center with all service options and fast boat to i.a. Trondheim and Kristiansund. Experiences in the immediate area: Sjøgata at Uthaug, Innstrandfjæra nature reserve, Grandefjæra nature reserve, Hovsfjæra nature reserve, Austråttborgen - a noble castle from 1656 today city museum, Austrått Fort with the big cannons from World War II now museum, Austrått golf course, trotting track, Austrapspravn.
