La Sort 140 is a lovely 2 bedroomed villa ideally located within walking distance of Pollensa old town. The villa is ideal as a base for those wanting to explore the beaches, mountain ranges and traditional villages of Mallorca.

The property has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both air conditioned and with good wardrobe space. The bedrooms are light and airy with modern furnishings. There is a shared shower room.

Urlaub Mallorca

Die Finca ist wirklich toll, sie hat einen tollen Garten und der Pool ist wirklich super. Aber man sollte wissen, dass die Finca an einer Hauptstraße liegt und den ganzen Tag plus die Nacht befahren wird. Wir kommen vom Land und für uns war es sehr schwer, da man dauernd die Autos hört auch Nachts. Man sieht diese sogar, wenn man am Pool ist, da die Mauer zur Straße nicht hoch genug ist. Wir würden die Finca nicht nochmal buchen, aber nur wegen der Hauptstraße. Die Finca ist ansonsten toll. Aber für mich gehört es dazu, dass ich mich entspannen kann und das geht an einer Hauptstraße für mich leider nicht. Ansonsten war alles top, auch die Kommunikation.

Excellent

We were really happy with the villa. All the things we wanted, private pool, air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, parking and a quiet location. Ideal for us. The only addition I would suggest would be another toilet, 4 people and 1 toilet was a challenge at times. Would definitely recommend. You do need a car.

Lovely Villa and great service

The Villa itself was perfect for us and our stay. We had an unfortunate journey at the start of our holiday, with delayed flights, but were able to find and access the property without any issues. During our stay, we requested some assistance and the responses and help provided were excellent. The location of the villa is excellent, for access to both Pollenca town (5-10 minute walk) and local bus services which are very reliable and can take you pretty much anywhere from the stops very close to the villa. The Villa is on the main road from Pollenca to Puerto Pollenca
