About this property

Charming country house with an unbeatable position, close to both Pollensa village and Port de Pollensa as well as to several fantastic beaches. The area is quiet and relaxed and the garden surrounding the house is well kept and nice. The decoration is typical Majorcan and you will find the house inviting and comfortable. There is a spacious living/dining room with high ceilings and wooden beams, adding a rustique touch to the house. The kitchen is fully fitted and functional, connected to the dining room. Both double bedrooms are light and nice. There is also a bathroom and a small loft, usually used as a cozy reading corner. There is a covered terrace with dining area outside, overlooking the garden and pool area, ideal for lazy hours or long, outdoor summer meals.

Wonderful, peaceful and cosy villa

Stayed here in August as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The villa was lovely and exactly what we needed for our time in Majorca. It was clean and comfortable and the pool area was perfect. The pool was cleaned 3 times during our stay which was brilliant. The area the villa is in is so peaceful but only a short drive to Pollenca. You will definitely need a car. Air conditioning worked brilliantly as it was much needed with very warm weather. The outside covered area was beautiful and lovely to sit out on a night. We would highly recommend a stay here. Its definitely a more basic villa but still has everything you need if you are a small family. Parking is great too! The only thing i would say is that we didnt have any form of towel change or clean whilst we we were there even though it stated in the welcome pack we would, it wasnt however a problem really as there was a washing machine to wash everything ourselves. Also we did have one issue at the beginning and this was responded too and dealt with very very quickly.

Schönes, etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus mit super Outdoor Ausstattung

Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, könnte aber da und dort ein paar Neuerungen vertragen, vor allem in den Badezimmern. Der Aussenbereich ist wunderbar, es gibt viele Liege- und Sitzgelegenheiten und einen schönen Pool.
