Beautiful country style villa located in a traditional and relaxing environment. The stone façade has been tastefully restored, retaining the charm of a Mallorcan country house, yet with all the comfort needed for a modern lifestyle.
The property boasts a beautiful garden and outdoor area with swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing. Furthermore, the property also has a covered terrace area with barbecue and an old wood oven, as well as an open terrace area, both with chairs/benches and table, ideal for summer meals.
The entrance to the house, with parking area, is beautiful and charming, with an ancient water well and strong Mediterranean vibes. The interior of the villa is decorated in a rustic style, nevertheless with all the furnishings and comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The living/dining room is spacious and comforable, with a fireplace and television, and the fully equipped kitchen is very practical.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two with twin beds, and a further bathroom. There is also a laundry room. The property is provided with air conditioning in all of the rooms, and internet access (WiFi).
The views of the countryside around the house are very beautiful, and several beaches are within easy driving distance, as is the town of Pollença with its restaurants, bars and shops.
