Villa Ca’n Guaita is a charming and spacious 3 bedroom villa in a great location between Pollensa Old Town and Puerto Pollensa. You’ll be well placed to explore the beautiful beaches of northern Majorca, with Puerto Pollensa Beach around 10 minutes’ drive away and the popular resort of Alcudia just 15 minutes by car. The villa’s private pool and countryside views make it a fantastic choice for relaxing days at home Pollensa’s traditional restaurants and famous Sunday market can be reached in around 10 minutes’ drive from the villa. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.
Villa Ca’n Guaita enjoys a superb location midway between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, just 10 minutes’ drive from the beach and the restaurants along the seafront promenade. The historic town of Alcudia, with its charming old streets and popular waterpark, is around 15 minutes away. For golfers, the Pollensa Golf Club can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. A great selection of shops, cafes, and restaurants can be found in Pollensa Old Town, only 10 minutes’ drive from the villa.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
