Angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung

Geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus mit tollem Außenbereich. Viele Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Haus in ruhiger Lage Entfernung Supermarkt ca. 200 Meter. Strand und Promenade gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zugang zum Haus einchecken problemlos möglich guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Strandhandtücher und Sonnenschirme vorhanden Einige Kleinigkeiten könnten aus unserer Sicht für den Preis verbessert werden. Bettgestelle und Matratzen nicht besonders hochwertig. 1 Zimmer nicht nutzbar hat aus dem Abfluss gestunken im Bad und damit auch im Schlafzimmer. Überholungsbedürftig kaputte Duschkopfhalterung und wackelige Toiletten. Grill für 8 Personen ein Witz. Keine Grundausstattung in der Küche vorhanden (Gewürze, Öl, Essig, 1 Schüssel) Küche relativ klein

Can Picafort villa

A great villa in Can Picafort- we stayed with family at the villa and the place was amazingly beautiful. The pictures don’t do the reality justice (the place is even better in person!). The area is not so touristy (more of a quiet and residential location) but it’s still only a few minutes walk from the local beach, a major supermarket and various restaurants. I recommend hiring a car as there’s a lot to see and do but without a car can cost a lot on logistics with taxis etc. A great host - and super helpful. Highly recommend

Unacceptable & disappointed

We go away as a group of six every year. This year there were so many issues it spoilt our time in Can Picafort - Villa number 3 Drain - horrific smell in downstairs bedroom Outside tiles - broken/ dangerous Sun bed - broken Two seater outdoor sofas & table - all cracked Outside seating area - poor condition, dirty and soaking wet on arrival, took two days to dry this out, but still had to cover it as it was so dirty & split first floor veranda - area is not clean and has not been cleaned for sometime Umbrella stand - broken and left to the side BBQ - dirty, couldn’t use this Found two wasps nests in the umbrella and then in the canopy - had to leave villa for one day due to wasps Pool - was dirty on one side on arrival Ironing board - badly damaged, this has obviously been previously burnt Iron - covered in melted ironing board Towels - most are in poor condition & some are threadbare Neighbour at number 4 - complained about our group of woman (50+) making too much noise. We were laughing at 8.30pm, having fun. He shouted again just before midnight, shining a light into our Villa threatening us with the police. Made us very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This was unnecessary & unfair, considering the local hotel had music blaring the next night until 11pm. All of this shared with host Elena, with photos. She was responsive while we were there & cleared wasps/drain. We have requested a partial refund for the issues raised but had no response as yet.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, es hat alles super geklappt und war unkompliziert. Schöne saubere Zimmer und große Terrasse mit Pool, wie auf den Bildern. Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe. Alles war top.

Tolle Finka und unkomplizierte Vermieterin

Die Finka war wirklich wunderschön und sehr sauber. Einen Supermarkt gibt es direkt um die Ecke und zum Strand sind es ca. 6 Minuten Fußmarsch. Man hat in der Umgebung sehr viele Restaurants und auch eine Bushaltestelle. Wir selbst hatten für die Zeit einen Mietwagen, den wir direkt vor dem Haus geparkt haben (ohne Gebühr). Handtücher für den Pool als auch für das Badezimmer waren genügend vor Ort, das war super. Die Vermieterin ist sehr unkompliziert, was das Thema An- und Abreise angeht. Wir können die Finka auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
