Villa Garonne is a charming villa with a private swimming pool, located near the lively town of Villeneuve-sur-Lot in the Lot-et-Garonne. The bright living room offers a cosy sitting area, a spacious dining table and large sliding doors leading to the terrace. The open kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully equipped. The adjoining utility room has a washing machine, dryer and extra freezer.

On the ground floor you’ll find the Master Bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with massage shower, double washbasin and separate toilet. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed and pull-out bed. A second bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor.

Around the villa you’ll find several terraces with dining areas and lounge furniture. The private pool, equipped with an alarm system, is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. There’s ample parking on the property and in the double garage you’ll find a pool table, table football and table tennis.
