Il Paradiso Assisi, private villa with pool

You might think it is a bit too early to go to paradise yet, after all, life is not so bad! Paradise on earth, however, would not be a bad choice!

Paradiso is the name of the area where this private villa with a swimming pool is situated. Paradiso is close to Assisi, about 9 kilometres. A beautiful, tranquil area with green fields, olive groves, and woodland. Peaceful and with wonderful views of the National Park of the Monte Subasio.

Il Paradiso is a private villa with a swimming pool. Three bedrooms sharing two bathrooms. There is a snooker table. The swimming pool is on the lowest terrace and is 12 meters by 6 meters and between 1.30 and 2.10 meters deep. There are Roman steps to one side, with a whirlpool. There are sun beds, recliners and a table with chairs. There is also a pizza oven and a wood barbecue on one side of the pool. A small toilet is present as well.

3 km down the hill is a good restaurant that also does takeaways, and they have a small grocery store. The first supermarket is at Santa Maria degli Angeli, about 12 km away.

One enters this private villa in the living room with a large dining table, a big wood stove, and an angular sofa for 6. There is an open arch to get to the kitchen. The kitchen has a 5-pit gas cooker, electric oven, big fridge/freezer combination, Italian espresso machine, a real slicing machine for cold cuts, and a dishwasher.

Behind the living room, there is an open area with another sofa and a bathroom with a shower. Next door is the snooker room, which used to be the garage, and it still has a garage door. Here you will also find the washing machine.

Upstairs are three bedrooms and one bathroom, also with a shower. The bedrooms are three double bedrooms. Two spare beds can either be added to one of the double bedrooms as a bunk bed, or you can have one extra single bed per double bedroom. Each bedroom has air conditioning.

One bedroom has a door to a spacious terrace, and from this terrace, you can walk into the higher terrace of the garden (the garden is made into several terraces).

Throughout the house, there is a built-in radio system that you can tune into if you like. If you prefer silence, you can simply leave it switched off.

In front of the entrance, there is an outside table with chairs, ideal for outside dining. There is a barbecue.

There is a gate for cars as well as a pedestrian gate. You can either park outside the gate or on the property, below the villa. The driveway is rather steep.

The pool is open from the middle of May until the end of September.
