Clos de Vigne in the Safranier district of old Antibes is perfect for discerning guests seeking a beautiful vacation home in the old town with their own private garden (complete with a barbecue and outdoor seating) and breathtaking views of the sea.
This gem is located on the picturesque Rue Haut Castelet which is fondly know by locals and visitors alike as the “flower street” for the beautiful plants and flowers that adorn the street. Clos des Vignes is filled with all the charm of Provence highlighted by lovely oak finishes, exposed stone walls, and artisanal tire work.
While preserving the historic essance of the home, we have updated Clos des Vignes with all the modern conveniences expected of our discerning guests. Guests will enjoy spectacular views of the azul-blue Mediterranean Sean on a sun-soaked terrace just off the top bedroom complete with comfortable sun loungers.
Although guests are steps away from gorgeous fine-sand beaches, delightful shops and restaurants, and the historic Provencal farmers’ market, the setting is tranquil at Clos des Vignes—perfect for relaxing during the day and a peaceful sleep at night.
Ideal for four guests, the two bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) are generously appointed with comfy mattresses, plush pillows, and high-thread-count linens, while the bathrooms are stocked with luxury bath products. Each bedroom can be configured as one king-sized bed or two twin beds.
With air-conditioning and heating throughout the house, guests can comfortably lounge, relax, and enjoy a large Samsung LED TV with access to Netflix, AppleTV, and cable channels. Free high-speed Wi-Fi provides even more entertainment options.
Shop at nearby farmer’s market for fresh local seafood, olives, goat cheese, Cavaillon melons, rosé wines, and other regional specialties. Clos des Vignes is a gorgeous townhouse located on the famous "flower street" in the heart of old Antibes.We just finished a complete renovation to create a comfortable home for four guests that respected the original character of the property while introducing all the modern conveniences. The property has a roof terrace with views of the Azur blue Sea and also a private garden off of the kitchen with seating for four guests and a gas barbecue. Having a private garden in the heart of Antibes is truly a rare gem.
What makes this property unique
Clos de Vignes is centrally located in a bustling town that has activities in all four seasons of the year. No car is needed to enjoy a vacation while staying here. But, if you do come by car, there is a convenient underground parking garage just 400 meters away (61 Euros/week).
