Monte Alentejano built in Taipa. Located 1 km from the picturesque village of São Luis, 4 km from Rio Mira, 14 km from Malhão beach and Vila Nova de Milfontes. Inserted in the Vincentian Route just 1 km from the Serro de São Domingos. It is ideal for 9 people. The house has 225m2 and a land area of 10.000 m2.
The Porch Room is ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. In the winter, read a book by the fireplace or enjoy the facilities at your disposal such as free Wi-Fi. On the mezzanine you can watch the television.
Well equipped kitchen. You can dine at the indoor or outdoor table. The patio has barbecue and wood oven.
The house has 4 bedrooms, one en suite, all with double beds and one also with single bed. There are 2 more bathrooms.

Fantastic week

Amazing family week. House is beautiful and well decorated. São Luis is lovely. Fantastic restaurants and beaches. Don’t miss Pizza at Lameiros, only on Sundays.

Relaxing stay in a stunning villa with peaceful surroundings.

The villa surpassed all expectations and photos do not do justice to the beautiful interiors. Easily accommodated two families of 4. A 15/20 minute walk into Sao Luis - authentic Portuguese town with lovely atmosphere, great cafe and restaurant and daily fish and vegetable market. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Peaceful and beautiful house

We stayed 2 weeks of wonderful holidays in family. The house is really beautiful and comfortable. We made a lot of plans: visiting different beaches, dinners out in restaurants in Vilanova de Milfontes, arrange delicious home dinners with the products of Sao Luis market (fresh sea food)… We really enjoy the holidays and the home is an important factor, it was a pleasure of days.

Thoughtful decoration in a rural environment

The villa is located in a quiet rural area, but at walking distance from the village if you don't mind to cross the woods to get there, and not so far from de sea (by car). The landscape is exceptional, and the climate in summer is mild and perfect for outdoor activities. The house is beautifully built with traditional local materials, including waxed cement and rammed earth. We loved the decoration with plenty of antiques. The outdoor area was just perfect, you can see the pine trees from the swimming pool. We had a great time...we definitely recommend this property.

Relaxing and elegant home

We had a lovely week with family and friends, and had a great time relaxing. Lovely pool area with a shaded veranda where I spent many hours reading. Super kitchen which was perfect for preparing meals which we ate in the large outdoor dining area. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, the beds are a little bit hard. This was the only negative point from a really great week. Enjoyed the local area, delicious pastries and coffee at the market cafe in São Luis. And beautiful walks from the village. Beautiful coast, we had surfing lessons at Furnace beach and fab swimming in the lagoon at high tide. Overall a good week and I would recommend this property.

We hebben genoten van dit prachtige huis met zwembad veranda en grote tuin. De villa heeft een mooie huiselijk inrichting. Je voelt je er gelijk thuis. Ook de barbecue en pizza oven met buitenkeuken maken het compleet. Onze kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben genoten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Excelentes férias em família

Estadia com família (marido, filhos, nora, genro e netos) muito agradável. Propriedade, piscina e espaço exterior perfeitos para um óptimo convívio tanto para adultos como crianças. Espaço de refeição interior, não tão agradável como o exterior, mas salas, quartos e casas de banho com muito gosto e excelentes condições. Caminho para a propriedade não tão bom como o resto das condições mas razoável. Experiência a repetir.

Excellent location for beach/trekking/mtb activities

The house is beautiful- it mixes a very contemporary decoration with traditional architecture. The outdoor area is very nice with plenty of space. Very quiet at night with nice views to the countryside. Malhão/ Aivados beach are about 30 minutes away - good for surfing. The historic rota vicentina trek passes nearby and there are also several mtb paths on the vicinity of the house. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home in a little piece of heaven
