**Please note: Perdido Skye will undergo maintenance work in November 2025. During this time, elevator access will be limited on certain floors, and guests will need to use the east stairwell to reach their units. The pool deck and main breezeway beach access will also be temporarily closed, with alternate beach access available between Perdido Skye and Ocean Breeze. Construction crews, equipment and noise may be present throughout the project.**

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect!! Check in and check out was very smooth. We had some issues with our freezer and refrigerator which were addressed. My only suggestion is blackout blinds in the bedroom as the outside walkway light was extremely bright into the bedroom.

Location was great. Older property, felt a bit nervous on the balcony....condo was nicely decorated but the bunks in the hallway are not for anyone over 5'3. Overall, had a nice stay.

This condo was perfect for my wife and I and our 3 young kids. Easy access to the beach, plenty of dishes and pots and pans, and beautiful view! We will be going back to this rental in the future.

Great location - reasonable price

Although a little dated, this property is very well kept and clean. Great location and amazing views. I like that there are only 6 floors as I am not a fan of big high rise complexes. Price waws reasonable. Restaurant across the street (Islander Food Shack) was AWESOME!! Don't let the name fool you - food and service were excellent-
