Excellent communication with David both prior to our stay and also during it. Property was exceptional. Check in was smooth and easy. A short bus ride out of town in an area with shops, cafes and supermarket. All amenites were available. Could not fault the property and would highly recommend.
We loved our stay at David’s place. We were very comfortable and had all we needed. We loved being in a neighborhood. Communication with David was excellent and he was very responsive. We would highly recommend.
Lovely house, very clean and tidy. Lots amenities such as towels, kitchen equipment etc. Host was very helpful in checkin and throughout the stay. Would stay again.
The home is cozy, beautifully decorated, had the conveniences of home, beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed, check in was a breeze and David was lovely. Thank you so much for all your recommendations! We appreciated all your help. We went to Avoca Malahide on our way back to Dublin. Lovely place.

Sally and her group were perfect guests. Highly recommended to other hosts.
We took a multi-generational trip to Belfast and chose this for the bedroom count and location. It was roomy for 7 of us and well appointed. Location was quiet area with nearby breakfast restaurant, Tesco market within walking distance and a short uber/taxi to areas of interest in City Centre.
Great place and very responsive host

Disliked: Location
not great location
Not the Irish experience we were looking for. Rough neighborhood, pretty ran down without much in walking distance. Bus stop being close was handy but aside from that the only good part of the location was the property itself. Beautiful home with full kitchen, very clean with a lot of space.

Hi Maureen
Thanks for your feedback. Glad you found the accommodation comfortable and spacious. Sorry the location was not what you expected.
So happy we found this place. Easy taxi or Uber to the city center. We were visiting our daughter at Queens University and this location worked perfectly for us. A beautifully decorated house with all the amenities you might want for a getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed, the hosts had thought of lots of small details that made it more enjoyable including brochures and a great binder with personal suggestions and ideas. Plenty of space for everyone and the house was very cozy! David was a great host and very responsive to anything we needed before and during our stay. Would definitely return on my next trip to Belfast!
Our group of 6 ladies stayed at this absolutely lovely and charming home for a three day whirlwind visit to Northern Ireland. This home is sparkling clean, cozy, and just beautiful! What a joyful place ! It’s in a very convenient location within short walking distance of shops providing anything you’d need during a stay in Belfast. David provided great information on places nearby , and kindly offered to give us personal recommendations for restaurants, transportation or things to do. He quickly answered any questions we had and was a great host. Check in was extremely easy . 5 stars for this home , amenities , and host hospitality! Wish we could have stayed longer!
Location and property was wonderful but it was David's hospitality and attention to detail that really made this stay memorable. We will certainly return everytime we visit Belfast.
The house is 2 mins away from the local bus. Journey to the centre takes about 12 mins. So easy to
The property was excellent , David the owner gave us his phone number so if anything was to go wrong , needless to say nothing did. Overall we loved this house
We all had a wonderful stay at this property, so clean and everything you would need for a trip away, the host thought of it all, including a cheeky bottle of prosecco which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely come back here, the area was nice and quiet 😁😁😁😁
This property lived up to and exceeded expectations. Photos reflect the high standard of space, cleanliness and comfort. An ideal location for not only visiting Belfast but the wider area too. Sincere thanks to David for everything, a thoughtful host who ensured we had everything we needed.
House really clean and nice , host friendly and full of information.
