As well as only being a short walk away from the city’s main hospital “ The Royal Victoria” your also only steps away from the park, shops bars and restaurants and tourist attractions like Clonard Monastery, and the peace wall.
With an unbelievably great transport link you can be in the city centre in 3 minutes for some daytime shopping therapy or to dance yourself dizzy in the many bars offering all day music and food.
TRANSPORTATION : You are literally a 3 minute taxi ride from the apartment into the city centre or you can take the bus or the glider ( only 2 stops to city centre on the glider ) which both stop on the main road at the bottom of your street, they both run every 10 minutes . Or if you prefer you can take a leisurely 15/20 minute walk into the city centre. Either way leave the car parked up and avail yourself of the great city centre transport links .
CONVENIENCE STORE : The convenience store is located right on the corner of the apartment building supplying every thing from milk to lottery tickets , which opens early and closes late . 7am to 10pm
GETTING HERE: you are a mere 3 to 5 minute taxi ride from great Victoria street train station(0.8 miles) which is the main city centre station to the apartment. We are also close to all main motorways , bus and train stations.

Overall property is very nice. Should be stocked with additional toilet paper. One roll of paper towels would be nice. Washer is not a dryer as well. Ceiling fan in the living room would not work, just the light.
