Adelaide train stop is 1 minutes walk away and only one stop away from the city centre . Free street parking This is a newly renovated two bedroom ground floor apartment . Living and kitchen are open plan and both bedrooms have ample space for kingsize beds . There is one main bathroom with a large gas instant heated high pressurised shower . The building is small with only 3 apartments in total and has solid concrete floors and dividing walls throughout. Modern double glazed windows and insulation . Guests will have full access to the entire apartment on their own I.e you will not share this with anyone else . As a super host I have a very high response rate and try to communicate with my guests as quickly as possible. If there is an issue or if you require general information with regard to Belfast the best times to contact me are during normal working hours 9-5pm and outside those hours if anything is urgent. Car parking - there is free on street car parking beside the building . You can normally find a spot next to or nearby the building entrance . Parking that is free and safe on this quiet street.

David is an excellent host, responding promptly and very helpfully. The property is well positioned, comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very straight forward. Put all together, I would certainly recommend this property for staying in Belfast.
The flat was immaculate and well equipped. The interiors were stylish and the communal areas were spotless and well lit. Good location with plenty of amenities nearby. Would recommend.
Property appeared as described on arrival. Apartment very comfortable. Area safe and quiet for suburban area. Local shops and transport - bus and train 5 mins walk away. Easy access to city centre and surrounds.Concerns were; all cooking utensils were not available in kitchen. Guests had to supply replacement toilet paper and rubbish bags as. Minimal provided. (1 rubbish bag) We booked for a week. Toilet seat loose, unsafe, and wifi dropped out often in the evening.Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend staying here.
