The grape picking party that is cataloged in the 17th century is celebrated every year in the month of September.
We must never forget the location for sports enthusiasts such as cycling, hiking and climbing because of its proximity to the Sierra de Tramuntana and the access to the highway in 2 minutes to visit Inca (city of the skin) or Palma de Mallorca 20 minutes for any type of purchase or visit to the part of the Cathedral or the Baluart, Sa Faxina, etc.

Beautiful home large well equipped and very close to everything also the station

Very nice home lovely pool and well equipped the only thing I would say is the beds could be better slightly creaky and could maybe be upgraded mattresses but beautifully clean and very nice furnishings located close to everything you need and near to station allowing easy travel to palma and other villages and towns nice little shops and restaurants had. a very pleasant stay

Zentral gelegenes Stadthaus mit Flair

Wir hatten mit der Großfamilie einen tollen Aufenthalt in Binissalem!Dank der zentralen Lage des Stadthauses im Ort war alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und mit 7 Personen war genügend Platz für alle da!Klimaanlagen gab es zwar nur in der Küche und oben im Gang, aber trotz der hohen Temperaturen hat sich die Kälte durch offene Zimmertüren gut verteilt. Der Pool war sehr gut zum Abkühlen und wurde automatisch gereinigt und nachgefüllt. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Stühle sollten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach und wir konnten bereits vor 4PM einchecken.
