Perfect for cyclists, hikers and sunbathers

We take all measures possible for the safety of our clients!!
Due to the situation at the moment we do not accept arrivals at the same day as a check-out, this is to be able to clean and desinfect the property properly before our next guests arrive!!
Situation: Banyols farm is located in one of the most beautiful villages at the foot of the mountains of Traumuntana - located on the outskirts of Alaró - in a quiet and attractive place. The village center has all the important facilities such as banks, pharmacy, supermarket, bakery, tobacconist and is about 1. 5km away. The village offers several restaurants, bars and ice cream parlor.
By car you reach Palma in about 20 minutes and the airport about 25 minutes. You can also get fast and cheap to the center of Palma by bus and train for excursions or a day of purchase.
Alaró is a perfect place for cyclists and hikers, and for all lovers of the sun, the beaches of Alcudia Bay can be reached in about 25-45 minutes.
Generally, Alaró is a very good starting point for excursions around the island of any kind due to its central location.

Description: The farm is a typical Banyols lovingly restored and elegantly decorated Mallorcan finca, is located approximately 1.5 km from the center of Alaró, in a quiet area and offers great views of the mountains of Traumuntana. The spacious grounds carefully Mediterranean garden invites you to relax in a private setting.
On the ground floor is a large living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double. The kitchen leads directly to a rustic outdoor kitchen with old wood stove, stone grill.
There is a laundry with washing and drying etc. On the back is a shower outdoors. Throughout the room it offers a generous courtyard fully covered.
On the first floor you will find 2 more bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, and a large terrace.
The two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with a ceiling fan, the room on the ground floor and offer only fresh "unassisted" in the summer months. A wood stove provides warmth in winter.
All windows have shutters with mosquito nets.
The property is fully fenced! The door is opened / closed automatically by remote control.

Great little villa

We really loved everything about this place. Its location was perfect - easy access to Palma/Soller and Porto Pollensa and environs. The local villages were all very nice and un-touristy. Comfortable beds, fantastic water pressure in the showers, great outdoor area - covered terrace, garden and outdoor kitchen/barbeque - and a pool with mountain views!!! What's not to like? We hope to be back!

Wer eine idyllische Finca sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Vermieter TOP !!! Gepflegte Anlage und gut ausgestattete Küche .....Alaro hat Charme, von wo aus sich Ausflüge gut planen lassen. Palma 25 Minuten mit dem PKW.... Bahnstation in ca 2km.

Das Haus ist schön und hat alles was man braucht. Highlight war der wirklich tiefe Pool, auch wenn es im April noch Recht kalt zum schwimmen ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hoast war unkompliziert.

Easter in Alaró

The house was really lovely, and the host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable - thank you so much! Beautiful, rural setting with orange, lemon and orange trees in the garden. We loved sitting outside, listening to the birds and sheep bells clanging! Lovely pool and outdoor kitchen / BBQ area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Belle villa avec vue sur les montagnes

Belle villa conforme aux photos et à la description à la sortie du village d'Alaro. Jardin luxuriant reposant et avec une belle et grande piscine. Les espaces intérieurs sont fonctionnels et agréables. Hôte très disponible et sympathique. La situation presque au centre de l'ile permet d'accéder aux montagnes et à la superbe cote de l'ouest et au reste de l'ile. Bref, une très belle location.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten und Pool

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus auf schönem Grundstück und einem tollen Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Netter Empfang mit Obst und Wein. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und das Bad im oberen Geschoss sehr gepflegt und geräumig. Schön wären noch kleine Schälchen für Salat/Dessert, Sektgläser, Geschirrtücher und Kosmetikeimer in den Bädern gewesen. Der Strassenlärm ist morgens in den oberen Schlafzimmern recht laut und wird insgesamt wahrgenommen.

Wunderschönes Domizil für einen Traumurlaub

Die Finca und das großzügige Grundstück machen einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Küchenausstattung und sonstige Einrichtung sind zweckmäßig. Am besten gefallen hat uns der große Pool mit traumhaftem Blick ins Gebirge. Auf der überdachten Terrasse kann man sich auch bei großer Hitze gut aufhalten. Alaro ist eine nette Kleinstadt mit lebendigem Zentrum, gut für einen abendlichen Ausflug. Die Kommunikation mit Sara war sehr gut, kleine Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst.

Ein Tolles Haus im Landesinneren.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Haus war Toll. Sauberer und großer Pool. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Liegt aber etwas abseits vom Tourismus, daher ist es Tatsächlich eher für Radfahrer und Wanderer. Für Strandtouristen eher weniger gedacht. Uns hat es aber hier trotzdem sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Domizil mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Lage des Hauses in einer schmalen Seitenstraße kurz vor dem Ortsschild von Alaro ist sehr schön. Der erste Eindruck ist sehr gut. Sehr ansprechender und gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Wunderschöne AußenTerrasse mit Esstisch, Stühlen und Liegen. Tolle Aussicht in die Berge vom Garten oder von der Dachterrasse aus. Leider war in dieser Straße morgens bereits gegen 7 Uhr ganz schön Verkehr, so dass man entsprechend früh wach wurde. Sie ist auch tagsüber viel befahren.Wer also Ruhe und Beschaulichkeit sucht, ist leider hier fehl am Platze. Die Schlafzimmer sind verhältnismäßig klein, Betten gut, aber sehr schmal, ausreichend Kissen vorhanden. Im Schlafzimmer Parterre und in einem Schlafraum in der ersten Etage sind sehr schmale Doppelbetten. Im dritten Schlafraum stehen zwei Einzelbetten von je ca. 80 cm Breite. Dort ist ein Ventilator unter der Decke, der an heißen Tagen ganz sicher auch benötigt wird. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage im Haus. Das Bad im ersten Stock ist sehr geräumig und schön gefliest mit begehbarer Dusche, Waschbecken, Bidet und Toilette. Das Bad im Parterre ist fensterlos und hat außer Toilette und Waschbecken ebenfalls eine kleine Dusche. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight des Urlaubs, da das Wetter durchgehend zwischen 31 und 25 Grad warm war. Darin konnte man sich auch nach den Tagestouren die notwendige Erfrischung gönnen. Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber hatte eine gute Geräteausstattung (sogar Gefrierschrank) und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Auch für kochbegeisterte Menschen gut zu nutzen. Leider wurden in der Nachbarschaft an einigen Tagen in Folge Feuer angezündet, deren Rauchgeruch uns erheblich belästigt hat. Das wehte natürlich auch in die Schlafzimmer. Geärgert haben uns viele Mücken, die auch tagsüber ihr Unwesen trieben. Alle Fenster im Haus sind aber mit Insektengittern versehen, so dass wir nachts keine Probleme hatten. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wenn man den Stassenlärm in Kauf nimmt, denn die landschaftlich reizvolle Westseite Mallorcas ist von Alaro aus sehr leicht und mit kurzer Anfahrtszeit erreichbar. Die Fahrt zum Flughafen dauert ebenfalls nur knapp 30 Minuten.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and had everything you could need for your holiday. Lovely pool and enclosed garden. The owner was very nice and had even left us wine, lots of fruit, croissants and more. Very thoughtful, especially if you arrive late at night and cannot go shopping. I would certain certainly have no problem in recommending this property.

The house was immaculately clean. great location quiet, lots of places nearby to visit by car. really nice town with a Saturday market in Alaro. Spent a couple of days around the pool really relaxing large outdoor space, with a lovely pool.

Sehr schönes Haus

Haus, Garten und Swimmingpool haben unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei und uneingeschränkt. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und gepflegt. Der Swimmingpool ist einfach herrlich. Sogar Poolsessel und Luftmatratzen sind vorhanden! Alaró ist ein schönes Städtchen. Das Haus is eine gute Ausfallsbasis für Ausflüge in de Sierra de Tramuntana. Vom Bahnhof Consell/Alaró (Parkplatz vorhanden) ist Palma einfach mit dem Zug zu erreichen.

Amazing house with beautiful views. It was a nice place to take you away from everyday life into a relaxed and calm surroundings. I would like to say a big thank you to Sara, Gabriel and his brother Tomiu. Lovely people who helped us with everything. We all fell in love with the house from the moment we saw it. What was ever better a bottle of wine was waiting for us along with fresh fruits and snacks. Comfartanke with with awesome pool and backyard. The place Is in a good location not from from all the sights. It was exact as described clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! Tino & Mel

Erwartungen übertroffen

Das Objekt war außerordentlich schön. Absolut sauber, alles auf sehr gutem Niveau, nichts wirkte in die Jahre gekommen, eher als wäre alles neu angeschafft worden. Der Vermieter wie auch Sara waren sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer gleich mit einer Lösung zur Stelle. Das Anwesen mit Garten und Pool hat unsere Erwartungen vollends erfüllt. Das Wlan war leider nur eine Simkarte, wir hatten das Datenvolumen sehr schnell aufgebraucht. Es wurde anstandslos mehrmals neues Datenvolumen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer wirklich auf das Wlan angewiesen ist, könnte hier etwas enttäuscht sein, aber der Vermieter versicherte, dass er das umstellen möchte auf ein uneingeschränktes Wlan. Im Fazit die 5 Sterne verdient, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.
