Sustainable rural finca Sa Sort with pool Mallorca

The Farm "Sa Sort" is located in the green heart of the island and offers great comfort for relaxing vacation days in a typically Mallorcan farmhouse. The house extends generously over 228 m2 and 2 levels of living space. On the lower floor of the house is the large and very cozy living room, a bathroom and a spacious rustic-style kitchen. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms and another bathroom. Especially noteworthy is the well-maintained and very green outdoor area of this farm, with a furnished terrace, a separate barbecue area and the beautiful pool area. The Mediterranean garden invites you to relax under shade trees with several loungers and relaxation corners.



La Finca Sort offers you the perfect balance between a good starting point for excursions in all directions, for example, to the beach, to the mountain or to the original towns of Mallorca, and welcomes you back "home" with its cozy atmosphere and absolute privacy after an exciting day.



The house is not only a few kilometers from Inca with its numerous shopping options and the largest weekly market in Mallorca, but also very close to localities known for viticulture such as Binissalem, Alaró, Consell, and Santa María, which can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Electricity according to consumption 0.35 euros/kWh. Deposit of 100 euros/week.

The finca is a great place to stay with children and friends

We loved the outside space and our kids enjoyed basketball and table tennis (weather was still a bit too cold for the pool). Really well equipped kitchen, too. The owner is very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come back any time.

Sa Sort is a beautiful, well equipped house with a spacious garden, outdoor areas and pool. Xisco and Angela were excellent hosts. Check in and out were well organised. Our flight was delayed and Xisco kindly got us some basic supplies to tide us over until the shop was open the next day. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Angela's paella was excellent

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad.

Het was een prachtig familiehuis. De host laat je er helemaal thuis voelen! Ze hebben heerlijk verse eitje van de kippen klaargelegd en laatste avond is de host verse paella komen maken, dit was top. Het is een hele schone en ruime omgeving, alles is perfect onderhouden. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die van een rustige mooie plek houdt. Supermarkt kortbij, zou wel een auto huren voor alle andere activiteiten en plekken die je wilt bezoeken.

Ein Haus, das man nur weiterempfehlen kann.

Ein wunderschönes Haus und ein super Gastgeber! Das Anwesen liegt etwas außerhalb, es gibt kaum Nachbarn und man ist ungestört. Mit dem Auto sind schnell mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichbar, Autos können auf dem Grundstück abgestellt werden. Das ganze Anwesen ist umzäunt, der Garten ist gut gepflegt und bietet Pool, Hängematten und Tischtennisplatte! Küche und Grillstelle sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, man bekommt zudem Handtücher für das Haus und den Pool. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist der Vermieter immer erreichbar und schnell vor Ort! Somit ein gelungener Urlaub!

Kaum etwas zu kritisieren

Sehr zufrieden mit Vermieter, Agentur und Finca. Inca an sich ist keine besonders schöne Stadt, aber da wir zwei Mietwagen hatten, waren wir nicht darauf angewiesen, unseren Urlaub ausschließlich in Inca zu verbringen.

Superschöne Finca, sehr sauber, sehr zu empfehlen

Die Anfahrt war etwas schwierig, da die Finca etwas abgelegen liegt. Doch mit dem erhaltenen Google-Maps-Link und etwas Recherche vorab haben wir die Finca gut gefunden. Ein Auto ist notwendig, wenn man dieses Haus mieten möchte. Das Haus ist ein Traum. Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegter Aussenbereich (die Fotos im Inserat stimmen zu 100 Prozent überein), toller, sauberer Pool, genau wie ich mir ein Ferienhaus wünsche! Inca ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Strände in Alcudia, Soller und Valldemossa liegen ca. 35 Min. entfernt. Xisco ist ein toller, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, den ich wärmstens empfehlen kann! Wir waren schon mehrmals in Mallorca und haben noch nie ein so tolles Ferienhaus erwischt. Was einem als einziges stören könnte sind die vielen Hunde auf den anliegenden Grundstücken. Diese haben viel gebellt, was uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört hat.

Das Paradies. !!!

Diese finca ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir waren von der ersten Minute an begeistert. Riesen groß und alles tip top sauber. Die Besitzer Angela und Xisco sind sehr sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. . Ein Auto braucht man da die finca sehr abseits liegt. Wir waren mit 4 erwachsenen und mit 2 Kindern 2 Wochen zu Gast. Hier gibt es nichts was fehlt. Können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.

Highly recommendable

We - Naturfreunde Mürzzuschlag, had a really really great stay at the Finca "Sa Sort". We went there for a week full of climbing adventures and to explore Mallorca during easter. It turned out to be the perfect place. Alltough the landlord just talks spanish - he´s extremly patient and friendly. It takes a little bit longer - but in the end we could clear everything smile emoticon. And extraordinary thing to mention is their hospitality. When we arrived we were welcomed with 2 bottles of champagne, chips, fresh homemade olives, loads of fresh (direct from their own trees) oranges and eggs from their own chicken. I think it´s not a lie to say that these oranges are incompareable to the crap you get in the supermarket! Well - let´s go further... The finca itself - was well maintained, dity, clean, very personal and functional equiped and spacious. Not forgetting to mention the functioning pool (we arrived 31.03.2015!!!), the grill, and the fireplace in the house. We were very very happy to stay in "Sa Sort" and I definitly would give 5 out of 5 stars if I´d need to rate. MUCHOS GRACIAS
