The house has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 beds, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen with all services, living room and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
It has air conditioning and mosquito nets in all rooms, satellite TV, Wi-Fi.
Large pool with hammocks, barbecue, table tennis and garden areas.
On the farm there are 3 horses, 2 nice dogs and chickens.
We have an organic garden and many fruit trees.
On the farm you live with the owners, a couple who will be happy to provide information for your stay on the island (mountain routes, beaches, restaurants, events ...)
If necessary, a baby cot, bathtub and baby chair are provided.
The access to the house is independent of the main house.

Wonderful hosts and beautiful place. Pool is large, clean and just what’s needed after a day exploring the island. Restaurants close by from Italian to Spanish and more. Easy to get to Palma and other resort areas. Thoroughly recommend!

Lovely spacious 2 bedroom apartment attached to the main house on an almond orchard, with good views of the surrounding hillsides. Property is well maintained and available to renters. Host was attentive and responsive, while being respectful of your privacy. Host provided great hiking and restaurant recommendations, ones that only a long time resident of Mallorca could make.Property is exactly as described in VRBO listing.I would stay here again and I will recommend it to my friends.A car is required for this property.

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Außerhalb der Trubels in einer idyllischer Gegend umgeben von unzähligen Mandelbäumen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und individuell eingerichtet. Eine eigene überdachte Terrasse sowie ein sehr großer Pool standen uns zur Verfügung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer abseits der Touristenströme Urlaub machen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Vielen Dank

Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie einen unvergesslich, schönen Urlaub bei unseren Gastgebern Pilar und Angel. K-TEVA ist eine zauberhafte Oase, eine Finca, umgeben von wunderschöner Natur, Mandelbäumen, Palmen Blumen und Ruhe und doch so nah an der Hauptstadt Palma, die man mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten leicht erreicht. Die Poolanlage, die Sauberkeit des Wassers, die friedliche Ruhe und die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft der Besitzer ist außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung ist groß und hervorragend ausgestattet, die Betten gemütlich und alles sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Nach einer Woche wurde die Wohnung sogar gereinigt, Handtücher erneuert und die Betten frisch bezogen. Wir hatten einen der schönsten Familienurlaube in K-TEVA und können diese Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen allen empfehlen, die gerne die Insel mit dem Auto erkunden wollen oder auch einfach mal einen entspannten Tag am Pool verbringen möchten. Die sympathischen Gastgeber Pilar und Angel, der Dackel Piston, das Pferd Bimba, die Katzen und die Hühner werden euch genauso begeistern wie uns. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder.

Un lieu très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 nuits chez Pilar et c'était trop court!Elle nous a accueilli parfaitement, avec toutes les informations concernant le logement et le parc. L'appartement se situe à l'etage , avec 1 entrée indépendante. Le logement est vraiment super. La piscine se situe dans 1 cadre fort agréable. L'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir la partie Ouest de L'ile et proche de Palma. Ce fut 1 plaisir de rencontrer Pilar.Je recommande ce logement.

It was perfect!

A very private remote finca with beautiful surroundings (mountains), near Palma de Mallorca, so very central for exploring the west coast. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The pool was very nice mainly for the kids in this season. Clean, comfortable, private and central, a real gem.

Excellent Stay for Families

We felt right at home from day one. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The beds are super comfortable—no need to bring your own pillow! The property is spacious and perfect for young children to explore. There’s a horse, some goats, a dog, and two cats. The pool is also clean and well-kept. Everything nearby is easy and quick to reach. We’d love to come back!

Wunderschöne Finca - sauber, freundlich, gute Lage

Die Finca hat eine wunderbare Ausgangslage für Ausflüge nach Valldemossa, Palma und in das Gebiet der herrlich blühenden Mandelbäume. Auch die Anbindung an die Wanderwege des Tramuntana-Gebirges ist gut. Trotzdem ist ein Mietwagen empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten OG des Hauptgebäudes und ist über einen separaten Eingang (Treppe) erreichbar. Die Betten waren hochwertig und sehr bequem. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Couch im Wohnzimmer: zwar echt Leder, aber dadurch kalt und glatt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Beim nächsten Mal aber im Sommer, um den unglaublich schönen Poolbereich zu genießen. Danke Pilar, und Anchel, wir freuen uns, euch wieder zu sehen.

La maison de Pillar est très confortable et calme. La localisation est parfaite pour rayonner dans les environs. Pillar et son mari son adorable et très accueillants. Je recommande cet hébergement parfait pour 4!

Wonderful break away from it all

We chose the property as it was away from it all and it certainly lived up to expectation. Although only 4km from nearby restaurants and towns and a 20 minute drive door to door from the house to Palma Cathedral parking it felt we were in our own oasis. The 1st floor apartment has superb views across the property to the Tramuntana mountains from its large veranda, where we spent many hours enjoying meals and drinks. The pool area across the other side of the main house is built on a higher level which provides again that lovely mountain vista whilst lazing on the loungers. Our hosts gave us a lovely warm welcome and were helpful for anything we needed in terms of local places to visit or questions. They were also very unobtrusive A great location for most of the island; Soller, Port Soller, Sineu market, Esporles, Valldemossa and Deia were a few of the places we visited, however the pull to relax at K-Teva was too much most days and we stayed put The 2 bedroom apartment is very well appointed and comfortable with home comforts very much on offer. It met all our expectations and more and would definitely recommend
