Lovely traditional house

Lovely traditional house with two modern shower rooms and balcony space. We really enjoyed our stay here, we had everything we needed to cook a few meals for ourselves, which was good as Soller was very busy the week we visited! Great location for hiking straight from the door, or catching the bus to other walks/Palma.

Great place for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time at the aparment in SĂłller. The place was clean, comfortable and with everything you might need in kitchen and bathroom. Walking distance to the center and small bakerys and stores right around the corner!

Good value and good quality. There was one hiccup - clogged drain in the shower - but it was promptly addressed

Great location

The house is in a central but quiet area of Soller and was much more spacious than expected. It was clean and tidy and the kitchen had everything you could need. The terrace is lovely and the living room has a large picture window with the same lovely view. It was extremely hot while we were there and the house would benefit from some air conditioning downstairs as the fans provided were not much help, but the two bedrooms that had ac were lovely and cool. Other thing to note, house rules say you can’t take their towels to the beach so bring your own - we ended up buying one!

Top location in Sollér city

Everything was ok. The house has all the comfort that is needed. Very well situated in the town (close to shops, restaurants etc..). A little thing that can improve: the refrigerator does not cool enough (a bottle of rosé wine needs 2 days to get on the right temperature).

Amazing location, lovely big house

The house has loads of age and personality with beautiful furniture and rooms. The location was perfect, very close to the centre of SĂłller. Finding parking was a little tricky but we did always find somewhere in the suggested locations. Improvements would be to provide a heater for the bedroom on the middle floor which was very chilly, and to provide more seating in the living room. The house sleeps six but there is only seating for four. Other than that, we loved the house and will return if we visit SĂłller again.

Our stay was wonderful. It was all that we needed in the kitchen including a really well stocked kitchen with pots and pans and spices. Grocery markets are very close by.

Bel appartement sur plusieurs niveaux. Terrasse au 1er et cuisine en bas
 peu pratique.Appartement spacieux, climatisĂ© en Ă©tĂ©, belles salles de bain, bon Ă©quipement.Par contre l’étĂ© en centre ville: bruyant et question stationnement: horrible !!!!! Jamais de place, hyper loin et en plus en zone bleue payante. Soller, jolie ville, bien gĂ©olocalisĂ©.

Maison villageoise trÚs agréable, bien située et disposant de tout le nécessaire. Le lave-vaisselle est toutefois défectueux, et trouver une place de parking est un véritable défi ! Les agents sont aux aguets, vous ne pouvez pas vous permettre le moindre retard. Nous avons eu 5 amendes, alors que nous étions résidents durant une semaine. A part ça, la région est splendide, bénie des dieux ! La prochaine fois, je fais tout en train, à pied, à vélo et en bateau

Excellent property

Great stay, house was well equipped and clean and in an excellent location. Facilities were excellent and information about the area and amenities was clear and helpful. Bathrooms and kitchen looked new and well equipped.Only downside was building works across the road so people in front bedrooms would benefit from ear plugs. Only a few mins walk to the local square and not too far from the bus stop to Palma or the port.Would definitely go back.

Another great stay in Soller

We had a lovely week in this house. The weather was cold and without central heating it was hard to heat the house, but we knew that would be the case. Electric heaters and warm blankets were provided and the host kindly put them on before we arrived. This is a lovely property, full of character and in a great location. Excellent communication from host.

TrÚs bon séjour

La maison est formidable, atypique, immense trés jolie et tout les équipements nécessaires sont présents. Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et tout s'est trÚs bien passé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le seul point negatif est le parking, si vous venez en voiture, les places sont difficiles à trouver. TrÚs satisfait de notre séjour.

Große Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft, es hatte also jeder sein eigenes Zimmer. Auch die BĂ€der sind schön groß. Die KĂŒche hat eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toster und hat die Grundlagen, die man zum kochen braucht. Die Terrasse wirkt auf den Bildern grĂ¶ĂŸer, aber fĂŒr 3-4 Leute reicht es. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Soller, Vielen Dank fĂŒr die Unterkunft!

A destacar la limpieza y la ubicaciĂłn de la vivienda. El pueblo de SĂłller es precioso. Por poner algun pero, la cerradura de la puerta falla bastante, gracias al vecino que nos ayudĂł engrasandola. Echamos en falta una fregona.

Leider BaulÀrm

Das Stadthaus ist schön. Liegt aber an einer, fĂŒr Soller VerhĂ€ltnisse, stark befahrenen Straße. GegenĂŒber war leider eine Baustelle mit sehr starken LĂ€rm, so dass wir hier nicht ausschlafen konnten. Ich war dadurch ĂŒberhaupt nicht erholt nach Hause gekommen. Vor 7 Uhr hat man hier bereits mit den Arbeiten begonnen. Leider wurden wir ĂŒber die Baustelle im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Auf Beschwerde hin, tat man so, als wenn man diese Baustelle nicht kannte. Diese war aber ersichtlicher Weise nicht erst ĂŒber Nacht entstanden. Erst als ich Videos vom LĂ€rm schickte, bot man mir eine EntschĂ€digung an. Die zugesagte Erstattung in Höhe von 10% finde ich auch sehr wenig und diese hab ich leider bis heute( 10 Tage nach Abreise ) immer noch nicht. Ich hatte mit meiner Bewertung noch etwas gewartet gehabt, um der Vermieterin hier noch eine Chance zu geben und um meinem Ärger ĂŒber diesen Urlaub etwas verfliegen zu lassen.

Great house, furnished with all the necessary utensils!

The house is great, it is spacious, it has all the necessary utilities that you might need. The beds are comfortable, 2 of the three bedrooms have air conditioning. The only issue, not related to the house itself, is the difficulty in finding parking nearby.
