New property in the agency. Newly renovated and decorated apartment, in a very quiet street of Portocristo just 300 meters from the beach and the restaurants and shops area. It is an ideal place to enjoy a few days of rest and at the same time very close to the beautiful coves of the southeast of the island, the famous Caves of Drach and Hams and the Rafael Nadal Museum and Academy. In the front of the apartment there is a large terrace where you can have a drink or lie down to read. It is a very comfortable apartment, decorated with great taste and with several spaces where to spend pleasant moments. A very spacious living room with a double sofa bed and air conditioning. We are available to guests at all times, preparing the arrival, receiving them at the accommodation, during their stay and saying goodbye on the day of departure.

Wie immer kühl bis kalt in spanischen Mietobjekten. Hatten aber Heizstrahler im Wohnzimmer/Flur und Bad, was schon mal supi war. Leider hatten wir einige Male Stromausfall, was wir aber immer schnell beheben konnten. Toil. Papier, Seife, Geschirr etc. mehr, als wir in anderen Mietobjekten gewohnt sind 😊. Waschbecken Bad etwas klein und eng dort. Gäste-WC für den Toil.gang besser 😊. Nicht jeder mag Katzen; es sind aber mindesten zwei davon immer dort. Da wir selbst eine haben, war es für uns ok. Vermieterin wohnt im selben Ort und kann im Bedarfsfall rel. zügig kommen . Sie ist sehr nett und spricht Englisch 😘.
