Amazing location, great facilities and very clean. We arrived early and they allowed us into the property whilst the cleaner cleaned the bedrooms. Antoni went thru all the amenities in the local area and we visited the local market. Really amazing place and great for the family

Wonderful

We had a fantastic 10 days at the apartment. It was a perfect size for three of us (2 adults and a 13year old), and well equipped. Often we were the only ones by the pool but with the beach only a 2 minute walk away it wasn't surprising. And the beach is really beautiful, a stunning cove with warm clear sea. Toni was responsive and helpful, making check in and out easy for us. (Thank you Toni). I highly recommend the apartment for a relaxing and very enjoyable holiday.

Quaint but great.

Property was as described and everything we expected for a late Sept break. Everything was clean with adequate supplies, pool area was cleaned regularly and perfect for the little ones as plenty of shade too. The three local beaches were a couple of minutes walk away and idillic. We had a car so did our shopping in Porto Cristo as the prices were much better in the larger supermarkets. Porto Cristo only 10 minutes away and was serviced by a land train every 20 minute or so, with a picturesque beach and more shopping/restaurants and lovely market on a Sunday morning. Toni, the host was great suggesting areas of interest based on what we wanted to do and was on hand when we needed him. Overall a great holiday for a peaceful break.

Amazing location

We stayed 10 nights in the aparemtent. The property consist of 7 equal apartments sharing a pool and a parking. We were 5 persons, 2 adults and 3 children (6-13 years old). An extra bed had been arranged in one of the bedrooms. The location is super nice, with a 3 minute walk to one of the best beaches on Mallorca. There are some smaller restaurants within walking distance and plenty in Porto Cristo which is 5 minutes with car. The apartment is around 15 years old but well maintained and super well cleaned. It is situated in a slope down to the beach so most days you got a cooling breeze from the sea. There is no seaview but a view of forest and other houses in the distance. It is very private and no-one can see what you do inside the apartement or on the patio. We would be happy to come back another time.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Appartements sind großzügig und schön gestaltet. Der Pool lädt zum Baden ein, der schöne Sandstrand ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Toni hat freundlich empfangen und uns zu Beginn wertvolle Tipps zu Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, zu guten Restaurants und zu Möglichkeiten des Einkaufs in der Nähe gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer sind in der unteren Etage und jeweils mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator ausgestattet. Dadurch waren die Nächte angenehm trotz höherer Außentemperaturen. Die Ventilatoren waren so leise, das hat uns begeistert. Der Pool war Klasse und sauber, unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude damit. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Das Grundstück liegt fast direkt am Strand, nur wenige Meter entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Apartment sehr empfehlen.Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Schönes Apartment

Apartment mit Pool Top!!! Einer der schönsten Strände Mallorcas 5 minuten zu Fuß entfernten. Auf Anfrage sogar einen Grill zur Verfügung bekommen, noch mal danke schön an Besitzer!

Toll für Familien

Die Bucht ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und wunderschön. Wir waren Anfang Mai dort und es war nicht voll. Es gibt eine gute Bäckerei fußläufig entfernt, das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Wir waren im April für drei Wochen hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Für unseren kleinen Sohn haben wir kostenfrei einen Kinderhochstuhl und ein Kinderbett in das Appartement gestellt bekommen.Für uns war die ruhige Lage super, man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass in der Ortschaft nicht allzu viel los ist. Bis in den nächsten Ort Portocristo ist es aber nicht weit mit dem Auto. Die Lage direkt oberhalb der Strandbucht ist ein Traum. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief super und immer zeitnah.

Strandnahes zweckmäßiges Haus mit toller Terrasse und schönem Poolbereich

Das Haus ist das hinterste von sieben Reihenhäusern in ruhiger, grüner Lage. Das Beste ist die uneinsehbare große Terrasse und der schöne Poolbereich mit ausreichend beschatteten Liegen. Der Weg zur der Weltschönsten Bucht ist nur 3 Minuten lang, führt aber über einen staubigen Parkplatz. Von den angrenzenden Häusern und den umliegenden Ferienanlagen bekommt man tagsüber normale familiäre Geräusche mit, nachts ist es unglaublich ruhig. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, das Haus könnte bezüglich Staub und Spinnweben etwas sauberer sein. Auf den Bildern wirkt das Haus größer, aber die Aufteilung ist super. Toll ist die Waschmaschine zur Allgemeinnutzung… Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich! Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern eine schöne Zeit!

Schöner Urlaub

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und war stets telefonisch erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zum Strand sind es wirklich nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein schöner Urlaub für Familien mit Kindern.

Situation au calme en bord de mer

Appartement très pratique, spacieux et agréable avec une belle terrasse, un parking et une piscine extérieure non chauffée. La situation de l'appartement près de la plage est très bien. Le seul point négatif est l'isolation des murs. On entends tous les bruits des voisins.

Entspannung pur

Es war sehr schön und entspannend. Sehr nah am Strand. Allerdings nicht viel außen rum geboten, zumindest wenn man kein Auto hat. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe, haben aber auch gelegentlich die gut ausgestattete Küche genutzt und selbst etwas zubereitet.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und gut geschnitten. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, sogar Sandspielzeug für die Kinder war da! Ein paar defekte Geräte wurden zeitnah von Vermieter ausgetauscht/repariert. Der Pool ist ein Traum und die Nähe zum Strand ein Highlight, vor allem mit Kindern. Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil da der Supermarkt im Ort total überteuert ist. Einkaufen geht besser in Porto Cristo! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Absolut toller Abenteuerurlaub

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und hatte alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hatte gute Reisezieltips die zu unserer Familie passten und die wir umsetzen konnten. Die Nähe der Buchten vom Mietobjekt ist gigantisch. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Uns gefällt die Gegend besonders da die Buchten wunderschön sind und man in 5 Minuten an einem außergewöhnlichen Kletterpunkt ist der Uch mit Kindern riesig Spaß macht.
