Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful place. The area is really nice with beach and restaurant just nearby and the apartment is also very nice. The only thing we missed was some explanations in English and a little better quality on some of the kitchen equipment.

Manacor Cala romantic

We enjoyed our stay at really beautiful paradise Laguna house is really 1 minute away from the beach with spectacular terrace view. It is a lovely house. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. You can rent umbrella and beach chairs, there is a bar and supermarket 15 min away. Not easy to arrange a taxi, we left phone # fro taxi to Palma . It is inside guide book that owner kindly provides to their guests. We really had great time swimming in waters that feel like God hugs🙏

Casa molto carina e abbastanza funzionale, con un ampio balcone in cui è possibile mangiare comodamente. La casa è dotata di tutti i servizi principali, tra cui aria condizionata, moltissime pentole e stoviglie e anche asciugacapelli. La posizione e la vista sono sicuramente i punti forti, davvero meravigliosa. Piccoli appunti sulle serrature di alcune finestre un po datate e non molto pratiche e l’acqua della doccia che non si regolava benissimo tra congelata e molto calda. Complessivamente peró assolutamente consigliata!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit traumhafter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es hat von der Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Die Lage und der Blick ist absolut traumhaft. Gastro ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wasser ist sehr sauber, Stand ist top.In der Bucht legen direkt Ausflugscatamarane an.

Wunderschöne Ferien

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung und der grossen Terrasse rundherum wohlgefühlt! Der Strand ist auch schön, wir sind aber fast immer in die Cala Anguila gefahren, das es dort ruhiger ist und keine laute Musik am Strand läuft… Aber da hat jeder einen anderen Geschmack. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder, das sagt eigentlich alles!! Danke auch dem Eigentümer für‘s längere Verbleiben am Abflugtag!!

Traumhafte Lage

Die Bucht und vor allem der malerischeFelsen sind wunderschön. In diesem Corona-Sommer waren beide anliegenden Hotels leer und somit nur die Ferienhaus-Bewohner sowie einige Spanier am Strand. Dieses empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Auch das Strandrestaurant war geöffnet, nie überfüllt und man wurde freundlich bedient.

posizione stupenda

bella casa situata in una delle baie piu' belle dell' isola . la vicinanza alla spiaggia e' notevole non piu' 150/200 metri dal mare .balcone stupendo dai cui si gode una bellissima vista e si puo' mangiare al fresco tutta la vacanza . ora le cose migliorabili : 1) praticamente tutta la casa e' studiata per una clientela tedesca e quindi ogni spiegazione e' in quella lingua . 2) consiglierei al proprietario di rinnovare l' arredamento per rendere la casa veramente top 3) ultimo piccolo appunto per avere il wifi si deve andare al bar a consumare e quindi farsi dare la password ( nulla di grave) consiglio la localita' e la casa

Emplacement parfait

L'emplacement est vraiment parfait, la plage est juste en bas de l'appartement. Un parking gratuit est a 100 mètres, il a de la place le matin et le soir quand tout le monde est parti. Il n'y a par contre pas de wifi contrairement à ce que dit l'annonce. Point négatif : les nuits sont chaudes et il n'y a ni climatisation, ni ventilateur. Il y a des moustiques donc on ne peut pas laisser les fenêtres ouvertes.

Very nice, local and authentic stay

Very nice appartment situated on the top of the hill right at the beach. Beautiful view and perfect terasse overseeing the local beach. Awnings on the terrace and nice breeze from the sea. The appartment is nice, but dark, has no A/C and we had problems with mice eating our groceries. Would be nice with aircondition or other ventilation options since keeping the windows open at night is not an option. Other than the stay was nice and authentic.

We had a great family holiday in Vista del Mar, Cala Romantica

The house had everything we needed and the terrace was much bigger than expected - very spacious with four sun loungers and a table with four chairs, definitely a big plus point. It was less than a minute to the beach and we made good use of the restaurant that was by the beach. The hotel at the end of the beach was rather lively in the evenings but we had expected this from previous reviews. We would suggest that if relying on sat nav, not to search for Passeig Voramar, but Passeig Estany d'en Mas - we ended up on the back road which had no sign posts and more suitable for a 4x4, and we found it very difficult to find the house. It was great having two shower rooms, and the house was very clean. We thought the house was good value for money - perhaps not the most modern of decor, but it suited us fine and we had a very successful family holiday. It's located at Cala Romantica, and not Cala Anguila-Cala Mendia, which are a short walk away and also very beautiful beaches.

+ super Lage direkt am Strand + Restaurant direkt um die Ecke + Vermieter telefonisch stets erreichbar + gute Ausstattung innerhalb der Wohnung + diverse Strandutensilien vorhanden + sehr geräumiger und gemütlicher Außenbereich + gepflegte Außenanlage - zum Teil verlebtes Interieur - Sauberkeit der Badezimmer nicht wie erwartet - Insektenschutzgitter für die Schlafzimmer wünschenswert - nachts sehr warm in den Schlafzimmern (Klimaanlage nicht vorhanden)

Tolle Fewo für den Familienurlaub am Strand

Fewo mit allem, was man für einen Strandurlaub mit Kind braucht (Sandspielzeug, Luftmatratzen, Sonnenschirm, kleiner Spielplatz im Garten, Außendusche, Grill ...) ... Auch in der Küche sind alle wichtigen Geräte etc.vorhanden ... Wohnung sauber ... traumhafte Aussicht von der Terasse und der Strand ist nur ein paar Treppenstufen entfernt ... Einrichtung nicht mein Stil, aber völlig zweckmäßig und ordentlich ... einziges Manko: die Kaffeemaschine (vielleicht habe auch ich nur ihre Bedienung nicht verstanden) und für Kleinkinder fehlt an der Terassentreppe ein Törchen/Gitter ... Nachts ist es ruhig in der Bucht; abends kann nur manchmal das Animationsprogramm des Riu-Hotels am Strand stören ... Tagsüber ist normaler touristischer Betrieb (im. September ok; nicht zu überlaufen) ... alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt in der cala romantica sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall noch ein weiteres Mal dort buchen

Wir waren das erste mal in einer Ferienwohnung und positiv überrascht, nach dem was man so hört. Wunderschön gelegen, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr nette Vermieter. Kann man nur empfehlen .

Schön gelegene Wohnung, nur wenige Meter vom Sandstrand entfernt

Wir waren mit Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Jugendliche) in der Ferienwohnung und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders kamen uns zwei vollwertigen Bäder entgegen. Ausstattung der Wohnung, einschließlich Terrassenmöbel, war sehr gut. Aus unserer Sicht nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Die gesamte Familie hatte einen tollen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen zweiwöchigen Urlaub! Die Wohnung ist gut und mit allem was man so braucht ausgestattet. Unser Hauptaufenthaltsort war die Sonnenterreasse des Hauses. Da der Strand unmittelbar vor dem Grundstück beginnt, konnten wir gleich in Badesachen zum Schwimmen gehen. Der Srtand an sich ist schon gut bis sehr gut gefüllt. Unsere Kinder (14 und 15) waren besonders begeistert, dass der W-LAN-Anschluss des nahe liegenden Restaurants bis ins Haus gereicht hat. Wir können die Wohnung (Don Pedro) für eine Familie mit bis zu drei Kindern empfehlen. Kleinere Kinder sollten bereits sicher Treppen steigen können. Für sehr kleine Kinder ist die zweite Wohnung sicherlich besser geeignet. Diese hat keinen direkten Zugang zu den Teppen, die das Haus mit dem Strand oder auch dem Parkplatz verbindet. Wir sind sehr gut erholt und entspannt aus unserem Urlaub zurückgekehrt und denken gern daran zurück.
