In the apartment, four people can enjoy their vacation on their own terrace, in their own lawned garden and around the pool. It is 110m² in size, at ground level and has two full bathrooms with toilet and shower. The air conditioning system provides pleasant coolness in summer and the necessary pleasant warmth on cool autumn days. A parking space is located directly at the house. The apartment complex is fenced and secured against access by gates.
