One of six apartments within this building, making this the only apartment with a balcony that overlooks the London Eye within the distance.

Only a few minutes’ walk away from London’s most popular landmarks and points of interests (including the River Thames), this apartment is ideal for visitors who wish to be in the heart of the city or be intimate with the surroundings of what London has to offer. Equipped with a shaker style kitchen, this professionally presented apartment offers beautiful wooden oak floors and designer decors throughout.

The apartment also comes with a flat screen TV with Freeview, along with free Wi-Fi access. It is also fully furnished, along with immaculate kitchen that has a gas hob, oven microwave, and a fridge/freezer allocated within the apartment as well. The apartment also comes with reasonably sized bedrooms, spacious enough to accommodate two people each, as well as 3 extra guests if required (Please ask owner for more details). Transportation to and from the apartment are ideal, as the nearest station is Waterloo East, and just a few yards away from the ITV Television studios and a few minutes’ walk away from the London Eye.

To avoid missing out, book this place as soon as possible.

Sleeping arrangement as follows: 2 guests each accommodated in the two double bedrooms, 2 guests in the living room on the double sofa bed. Additional guest can be accommodated on an additional pull out bed (as used in top rated hotels) *There will be an additional charge for the 7th guest*. In total 7 guests can be accommodated comfortably in this apartment.

Optimum location/position, very bad host

I've traveled in some places around the world and I've frequently found hosts engaged in giving satisfation to their customer. This time a host interested only in money.Good location/position, not the best cleaning ever seen but anyway acceptable.... but a very poor assistance...We booked in hurry the day before our arrival. On the announce was written "check-in after 3:00pm". We arrived at 10:30pm and we have been requested extra 95GBP. We are on 5 and we received 4 chairs. Despite I immediately requested the 5th one, never received. Not a broom and a rag to clean the house. The best at the end: "check-out by 11:00am". We left at 10:00am and (as normally happens) we asked to leave our luggages (just 2) somewhere around, in order to avoid to keep them with us the full last day. We have been asked to pay extra 30GBP.As said place good enough, great position, host absolutely not cohoperative, interested only in our money (we never seen her all our stay long). Not to be advised

Only positive is the location. Unit is not charming. We were walked in by the property manager and floor boards were on the ground, wires were exposed in the kitchen, toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall among other deficiencies. Furniture was dilapidated. We were in the unit for 10 minutes and gave the keys back to the property manager and were told “OK” when we asked for a refund. We had to find a last minute alternative for our family vacation. Since the trip, we have spent hours upon hours dealing with the property manager, VRBO, and Expedia trying to receive our refund. Host is denying saying they provided us alternatives (false) and are standing by their cancellation policy (despite a misleading listing). Stay away from this property and host if you are seeking an enjoyable experience.

Wir können nur davon abraten, hier zu buchen. Statt der hier gezeigten haben wir eine andere Wohnung ohne Balkon bekommen (das war auch abgesprochen, aber die Annahme war, dass die "Ersatzwohnung" in einem wirklich guten Zustand sei. Das war so gar nicht der Fall), und mit einem Wust an Bildern wurde völlig verschleiert, welche Bilder wozu gehören. Eine TĂŒre, die sich nicht verschließen ließ (Klinke hing runter), völlig verkratzte Böden, die an mehreren Stellen uneben waren und nachgaben, schimmlige Stellen in den BĂ€dern, mit Farbresten verschmierte StĂŒhle, eine gesprungene Fensterscheibe, Stelle am Herd angekokelt - einfach alles ganz schön schĂ€big - so gar nicht dem Eindruck entsprechend, der mit den Bildern erweckt wurde. Uns schien es so, dass man mit den Bildern hier geködert und dann gezielt in das abgerockte Apartment einquartiert wird, wohlgemerkt zum gleichen Preis... Ach, und an heißen Tagen ĂŒbrigens noch ein Dauerbrummen der LĂŒftung des NachbargebĂ€udes.Lage war aber super fĂŒr unsere Zwecke.Kommunikation war nicht so einfach (langsam, nicht alle erbetenen Infos, teils sehr knapp, fast brĂŒsk). Vor Ort hatten wir uns nicht beschwert, weil unsre Tage eng gefĂŒllt waren und es ja hieß, das eigentlich gezeigte Apartment sei vergeben - was hĂ€tte man da schon Ă€ndern können? Allenfalls die völlig zerkratzten ursprĂŒnglich mal non-stick-beschichteten Töpfe austauschen. Das hĂ€tte es aber auch nicht rausgerissen. Rip-Off, lasst die HĂ€nde davon!

Great location, apartment has issues

The location is great, the neighborhood is fun and lively and easy to get to transportation and the river front. They do a great job of providing cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels so you can take care of the apartment and keep it clean, which is great, and the washing machine works well. The apartment is very spacious and could be awesome, but it definitely feels a bit run down. Specifically, there are lots of cracked tiles, tons of missing caulking and waterproofing in the kitchen and bathrooms, and things like the bathroom drain stoppers are missing (which is hard when you have a small child who takes baths). There are some paper signs on the walls that say "don't pour water on the floor" that I guess are meant to remind you to not get anything (in places like a bathroom) wet because it's definitely not waterproof. There's also a soft spot on the kitchen floor where it feels like there's an issue and a few things like loose cabinet handles. Just as an FYI, the fridge is an "apartment size" fridge, just larger than a mini fridge, so if you plan to cook a lot, there's very little fridge storage space. We still enjoyed our stay and there was a lot to like, just think this is worth noting.
