This entire 2-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 1 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and decor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer then 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

There is central heating, and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London.

The price given is all inclusive of all utility charges, taxes, there are no extras.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has a vast living and dining area including a 32-inch digital plasma TV, cable TV service, wireless broadband Internet (WIFI), and an I-pod docking station with speakers. The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.

Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.

Two beautiful double bedrooms (double size bed) facing a peaceful garden, no noise guaranteed, complete silence, integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet.

A bath can be found in the bathroom along with fresh towels and a selection of shampoo and soaps for your convenience.

The apartment is exceptionally located in Camden Town market well known for its open-air market area with countless shops, pubs and restaurants with its range of shops and restaurants. Camden street markets are London's 4th most visited tourist attraction and comprise Camden Lock market, Buch Street market, Stables market, Camden Lock and an indoor market in the Electric Ballroom where you can find everything from arts, crafts, antiques to alternative clothing.

After you have been out shopping and walking through the markets, there are an infinite nightlife venue such as the Electric Ballroom, Jazz Café, KOKO, Roundhouse, Underworld, The Worlds End, Barfly, Proud Galleries and many more where you will enjoy the last music delights;

This is a pleasant flat in a good London location; there are many transportation options close by for getting to major tourist attractions, and plenty to see in Camden too (don't miss Pizzeria di Camden down the block, Regent's Park, or the Regent's Canal). The flat can be somewhat noisy at times, both from traffic outside and from the upstairs neighbors; nothing unusual for an urban flat, especially one in a lively, mixed-use area. Otherwise the flat is very good: cleaner than the average rental; good kitchen and bathroom; comfortable, attractive furniture; high ceilings. The communication with the host was superb; check-in and check-out were very smooth; and one minor problem (a leaky showerhead) was fixed swiftly.

Accurate and Easy
Marco and the team made everything easy, from booking to check-out. We were in the London area for 7 days and found this Camden location ideal, with easy access to buses and over/under ground stations. The apartment had all the bits and pieces one might need for either a short or extended stay. The property does share walls/floors with other properties, however had no interactions with any neighbours and found the mutual limitation of noise from 10pm worked well. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay close to London and visit the surrounding areas.

Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Location!!!
Our stay was so comfortable in this Camden property!! Although cold outside, the flat was warm and inviting. The flat is perfectly appointed with everything we needed especially in the kitchen- a must with an infant. We appreciated the use of high chair and crib. Communication was prompt, and it was so kind of Marco to check in with us to ensure our stay was going well. Access to the flat was easy from arrival to departure. We greatly appreciated being in a prime location for everything- grocery stores, pubs, transportation (buses, overground, underground) were all so close. The pub on the corner (only a few steps away) and the Colonel Fawcett down the street were great! So many diverse food choices nearby but this location also allows for ease of access to all tourist spots as well. We loved being able to walk along the canal and fun to watch the locks in action. Overall, I highly recommend this property. We plan to return!!

Perfect Choice!,
We were here on an eight day visit to London, first time in Camden Town. The location is perfect as it is so close to busses and the Overground train. The 29 bus is a gem and seconds away from our door. All the necessities are so close as well, like Sainsbury and small grocery shop, too. We had several local pubs to choose from. We are also close to the gelato shop and an authentic Italian pizza restaurant., And yet once inside our flat, we were far from all that and in a quiet and restful flat. Every amenity we used was in good order, and that is from the kitchen to the bathroom, as well as bedrooms and living area. We did not use the TV but it was a large flat screen for those who care. I am sure it works. My prime concern was arrival, and gaining access and they made this easy. The hosts are very conscientious, provide a detailed information sheet, and all in all, a totally delightful stay. Highlynrecommend.

Great Home Base in London
We visited London for a week, and Camden Town was our home base. It was a great location--easy access to the tube, bus stop right out front, and a great pub at the corner. Outstanding flat in Camden Town
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Marco and his team are superb and center the needs of travelers. Spacious and clean interior to enjoy while taking in all that London and the surrounding area has to offer. The underground is a five minute walk for quick access to the sights, sounds, and food that make London famous. The corner pub named Camden Arms is excellent and their staff is friendly and attentive. The selection of food and refreshments made it a fun place to gather.

Loved this place. It has well located by restaurants, groceries and transit. It was well appointed and made our stay in London easy. It was out of the way enough that with kids we were not bothered, but also close enough to fun if we felt the need to explore the nightlife. Really enjoyed it.

Great home base
Spent 4 nights here and used as a home base for exploring London. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Camden Town stop on the Northern Line, so about 5-8 stops to most any tourist destination, or easy access to Heathrow, or British rail via the Camden overland stop. Flat itself is well appointed and slept our crew 2 adults and 3 kids) comfortably. Laundry facilities were very helpful as we were at the end of a longer trip around the UK. There's a great BrewDog pub right next door for quick bites, good selection of cask and draught ales etc, good food. But obviously you'll want to go further afield as well to explore more food, which was easy to do. The Camden Town market and Kings Cross are full of options and within a 10-15 minute walk. The canal path is also steps away for jogging or a nice walk to get to King's Cross.

Great stay in Camden Town
Mauro’s apartment has everything we need for our stay in London. It is clean, well equipped and in a great and quite location. just a walking distance from Camden market and all the restaurants, bars and night life that Camden Town offers but it is in an area where there is not much noise at night. Overground station is half block from the apartment and less than 2 blocks there is a big supermarket. communication with Mauro and his team was easy and they always ready to answer fast all our requests. Overall the 4 of us had a great time there.

Superb place to enjoy London
We stayed in the property for 9 nights and it was a perfect place to visit the city. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from Camden Town Station and several bus stops. Also big supermarket near the flat that makes life very easy if you plan to cook. Camden market is only a 5 minutes walk from the flat. The apartemt was very clean and big enough for our family of six. Good heating for a winter stay. Marco, the owner, was always very attentive and concerned that everything were ok. I would definitely stay again at Marco´s house.

Very adequate apartment
The apartment had everything we needed and was very well located. There were plenty of fans available given London’s heatwave. I was aware of the extra charge for the two hours extra time for checkout but I still am not 100% comfortable with it. It was also a little strange leaving the garbage out on the street next to public trash can. Marco was very easy to communicate with and answered all queries.

I chose this apartment for me and my colleagues, for a one-week course in London. It was clean and easy to find from the tube stop, but what we liked the most was that the team managing it did everything in their power to help us have a perfect stay. From detailed instructions to providing everything we needed, offering extra towels and advising us where to eat out, they were very professional and helpful. A plus was the fact that there are supermarkets and restaurant nearby, not to mention the tube station. Don't expect the comfort of a spa, but for London standard, it's much above average and clean.

Me, my wife, and my grandchildren had a great time. The accommodation was good, the rooms were clean we found everything we needed. I brought my family for the first Eurotrip and the location was a decisive factor. The subway system proved useful for our long walks. It was no problem that we arrived late in the evening (delayed flight). The host and his team were very helpful as they waited for us longer than estimated. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to families who love to experience the Camden area. Plus, a big supermarket is just 3 mins away!

Terrificly Located, Comfortable Apartment
We enjoyed staying here very much. The apartment was roomy, warm, comfortable and very quiet. It was clean and tidy, the kitchen and bathroom were good, and all of the appliances worked well (other than occasionally poor TV reception). The taxi service that was recommended when we booked was excellent. We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning with no problems. The apartment's location is fantastic. There is a shop a few doors away, as well as a supermarket and pharmacy around the corner. There are many restaurants within walking distance including a lovely pub on the corner. Camden Markets is nearby and the bubble waffles were to-die-for. Camden Road railway station is very close and goes to Westfield Shopping Centre and also to Olympic Park where the Arcelor Mittal Orbit slide is, which was the holiday highlight for my sons! Camden Town tube station is a short walk away. The northern line was very convenient to use for all of our sightseeing. Kings Cross/ St Pancras is only a couple of stops away so we were able to do a day trip to Paris on the Eurostar easily. Bus 88 departs from around the corner and goes past many London landmarks, so we didn't need to pay for an expensive tour bus. We would definitely stay here again.
