These three romantic holiday houses enjoy a perfect seaside holiday location, nestled into the hilly landscape around Selca above the south-east Adriatic coast on the sunny Croatian island of Brac.

The three holiday houses are next to each other on a green garden site surrounded by a stone wall, directly bordering the blue Adriatic. The three houses can only be booked together, ensuring privacy. It is therefore ideal accommodation for a larger family or group of friends who would like to spend their holiday together whilst still retaining some privacy. Two of the houses each comprise a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a two spacious daylight bathroom, while the third has a living-/sleeping area with two 90 x 200 cm single beds and a kitchen. The two bedrooms also have a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver. The airy bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, and a toilet. The third house provides a kitchen with a two-zone electric hob with a cooker hood, a big fridge with a freezer compartment, a grill, toaster, coffee machine and a wooden dining table with a matching wooden bench and chairs. On cooler evenings you can use the open fireplace that exudes cosiness. There is also satellite TV here for entertainment. On arrival you will find plenty of bed linen and towels and the reliable wireless Internet connection on site can be used free of charge.

Your private pool awaits you outside with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. You can swim a few rounds here under a blue sky and at the same time enjoy the extensive panoramic view over the hilly landscape and the sea. There is a convenient outdoor shower. The traditional stone grill in front of the house with a kitchen invites you to enjoy leisurely evenings under a starry sky. A car is recommended during your stay and there are five secure parking spaces right in front of the houses.

If you do not wish to go on holiday without your pet, it is also welcome on request.

Your holiday houses are a little less than 300 metres from the sea and the rocky beach, which is virtually your private beach, as others rarely venture there. The nearest localities are Puntinak about 1km away, Sumartin with shops, an ATM, cafés and a lovely harbour (about 3km away) and Selca with a good range of restaurants (about 4.5km).
