This superb period cottage rests in Hunmanby, North Yorkshire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Stonegate is a period cottage nestled in the village of Hunmanby, North Yorkshire. Hosting two bedrooms: one double and one twin, sleeping a total of four guests with a family bathroom. It has a fitted kitchen, dining room and sitting room with an open fire. Outside has a patio area with furniture, as well as roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Stonegate is a wonderful choice for a country break to North Yorkshire.

Amenities: Gas central heating and wood burning stove. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on first-come, first-served basis. Patio area with furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles and pub 0.2 miles. Note: There are stone steps in the garden. Note: there is a skate park a two minute walk away from the property, suitable for scooters and skateboards - please bring your own equipment.


Region: The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Town: Hunmanby is a large village and civil parish resting in the Scarborough district of North Yorkshire. It offers a small selection of independent shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants for all of your amenities. Close to the coastline for some lovely sandy beaches and the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast for country walks, birdwatching and photography.

A comfy and tastefully decorated, traditional cottage with lots of little extras to make the cottage feel more special and the guests feel more welcome. A great well placed location, in a quiet village with all the amenities you would need. We loved it.
