Rockpool cottage is a beautiful spacious three bed cottage at the wonderful Bay holiday village a couple of miles outside Filey

Our aim to to provided our guests with a fantastic stay. Everyone who stays loves it. Please read our fantastic 5* reviews.

The cottage has three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, downstiars loo, open plan kitchen dining living space. We have recently undergone an extensive refurbishment with decorating top to bottom, new kitchen, carpets, beds and bedroom furniture, sofas ans soft furnishings.

A great base for exploring Filey a charming and historic seaside town only 3 miles away, and also Scarborough, Bridlington and the Moors, York and the City of Hull all within a hours drive.

With great on-site facilities and direct access to the beach, the cottage offer excellent accommodation for a traditional holiday in a lovely area.
Beautifully decorated and furnished these cottages are situated in communal landscaped grounds. On the Complex there is free access to the indoor heated pool, with children's pool area, steam room and sauna. A well equipped Gym, children plays area and small arcade. Tennis court and archery are all available to guests as well as other children's activities for a small fee.
A good pub serving great food. Coffee shop / bistro ( open in high season ).

15 min walk to miles of award winning sandy beach.

The house features:
Entrance hall and cloakroom with luxury downstairs WC.
Lounge / Kitchen / Dining – a generous open plan lounge / kitchen / dining with a fully fitted contemporary style kitchen with all integrated appliances and dining area with spacious dining table and seating for 6 people. Double patio doors lead onto the furnished patio with outdoor seating and a brick built barbeque ( cottage only) Both properties are surrounded by a large shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Downstairs superking bedroom - generous sized superking bed wardrobe and side table. 32” smart tv
The Master bedroom - has a king size bed, drawer unit and 32” smart TV mounted on the wall as well as a large wardrobe and an ensuite shower and WC.
Twin bedroom - generous sized twin bedroom, chest fo drawers side table.
And 32” smart tv
The bathroom is a family bathroom with a shower over bath, cabinet, WC and heated towel rail - ideal for drying your clothes after a day at the pool or beach.

Our house offers a long wheelchair entrance ramp which is ideal for prams/pushchairs.
We supply a cot and highchair free of charge. For a small fee we will welcome well behaved dogs (2 max) and even supply bowls for when they are thirsty after a long walk.

This property is strictly No Smoking and to maintain the family friendly nature of the development we do not allow groups of single guests.
Included in the property letting is unlimited access to a 20m indoor heated swimming pool and health club, tennis and games as well as beach access.
