"La maisonnette provençale": an ideally located small The maisonnette provençale, independant cottage house with a private garden and 12 meters long private swimming pool for a couple or for 3 people in the sunny Provence (extra room with bathroom for two person upon request)
FREE WIFI.
This charming house offers a stunning view to the country side, hills towards the sea.
"La maisonnette provençale" consists of 2 rooms located on one floor with furnished dining room/kitchen and a bedroom with a large bed (2 beds 90X200 cm) and a bathroom with shower, WC and sink.
The rooms are opened on a covered terrace and on a PRIVATE GARDEN.
This independent cottage is part of a family property with sometimes occupied main house by the owner.
The property is located less than 2 km away from the center of Seillans (accessible on foot by an old road with very little traffic). The villa sits on an ancient olive grove and is filled with old charming olive trees.
The property offers a pretty garden with an outdoor 12-metre-long flat-bottomed swimming pool with a comfortable staircase allows you to swim pleasantly, exercise and cool off during the summer days.
The pool is however not suitable to children who cannot swim or do not swim well.

Rental from saturday to saturday, contact us if you wish to rent on different dates.

Perfect quiet place for a couple

This is a lovely, quiet, clean cottage. You have complete privacy and the hosts are very happy to help with suggestions of activities and guides to where to find anything you need. The area is lovely. There are plenty of walks, towns, markets, and places to visit. Or you can just sit on the terrace or by the pool and take in the blue sky. I highly recommend this place for a couple.

Wir durften 3 Wochen ungestört in diesem kleinen Paradies verbringen und die absolute Ruhe genießen. Diee Gastgeber ist diskret und versorgt seine Gäste mit sehr brauchbaren Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Supermärkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Private Pool ist das I -Tüpfelchen. Die Unterkunft ist übersichtlich groß aber vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Turteltauben. Die kleine Küche ist praktisch und gut ausgestattet-gegessen wird eh auf der schönen Terrasse mit Esstisch, Stühlen und schönen Loungemöbeln. Es war ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Tolles kleines Haus mit sehr schönem Außenbereich

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig aber gut erreichbar in den Hügeln ca. 50 mins hinter Cannes. Der Pool und die Terasse mit Elektro-Grill haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir konnten perfekt entspannen. Super war auch, dass uns die Vermieter extra eine Lademöglichkeit für das Auto installiert hatten. Das funktioniert mit dem normalen deutschen Stecker und 3kW/h.

La petite maisonnette se situe en aval de la maison de maître sans aucun vis à vis. Elle est entourée de végétation en terrasse, les différents espaces vegetalisés étant parfaitement entretenus. Ils offrent fraîcheur et ombre mais bouchent la vue sur les collines du Var. La propriété se situe à 3 km du village dans un lieu-dit. Calme absolu mais vélo (électrique car ça monte!) ou voiture indispensable pour les courses. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et bravo pour leur bon goût.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Auch wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen an diesem besonderen Ort verbracht. Die Maisonette ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Die große überdachte Terrasse und der wunderbar gestaltete Garten sind einfach traumhaft, ebenso wie der großzügige und sehr gepflegte Pool. Die Lage ist ideal für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Seillans selbst ist ein typisches provenzalisches hübsches Dorf und in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Der Hausherr Nicolas war sehr hilfsbereit, zugleich aber auch äußerst diskret und gab uns zahlreiche Empfehlungen für lohnenswerte Ausflüge und Restaurantbesuche. Es war ein besonders schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Herzlichen Dank dafür an den Hausherren Nicolas!

Für Genießer

14 erholsame Tage in einem Idyll, die ein wenig besseres Wetter verdient gehabt hätten. Die Unterkunft lässt für Zweisamkeit keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben selten einen so angenehmen Gastgeber erlebt, der die Balance zwischen Diskretion und Hilfsbereitschaft perfekt zelebriert. Das waren wunderschöne Ferien in einer tollen, kleinen Maisonette in einem fantastischen Garten mit sehr geschmackvoller, auch praktischer Ausstattung. Weil das Wetter super war, reichte der Platz völlig aus. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Pool herrlich. Ideal für (verliebte) Paare. Außerdem ist der Hausherr ebenso hilfsbereit und großzügig wie diskret und liebenswert. Vielen Dank für alles!

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Cottage sehr genossen! Gleich zu Beginn wurden wir vom Besitzer persönlich bei einem in der Nähe gelegenen Supermarkt abgeholt und zu unserem Cottage gebracht. Diese traumhafte, schön eingerichtete und saubere Unterkunft befindet sich nahe dem kleinen, Dorf Seillans, welches man innerhalb weniger Autominuten erreicht. Weitere tolle Besichtigungsideen für nahegelegene Orte und Geheimtipps erhielten wir von Besitzer Nicolas, der jederzeit bei Nachfragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Nach den Ausflügen konnte man die ruhige Gegend bei einem Glas Wein auf der Terrasse genießen oder eine Runde im sehr sauberen Pool genießen. Zusammenfassend hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder anreisen.

Herrlicher Garten mit Pool

Herrlich angelegter, großzügiger Garten mit zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wunderbarer Pool. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet das Notwendige, da der Alltag im Freien stattfindet. Sehr freundlicher und stets hilfsbereiter "Hausherr" Nicolas, der oberhalb der Ferienwohnung lebt und sehr diskret ist. Gab zahlreiche hilfreiche Empfehlungen für Ausflüge etc. Zum Ort Seillans selbst ca 30 Minuten Fußweg oder 2,5 km mit dem Auto. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr.

14 night stay

We found the location great for visiting many places of interest. The French Riviera can be easily explored, the local villages are very pleasant and pretty. The Gorges du Verdon is great for a full day out. The local lac de St Cassien is also great for a day out swimming in the clear waters, that is if you are fancying a change of scenery from the Maisonette’s own private swimming pool. If you like peace and quiet plus your own privacy this is a great base to choose. If you like to dine out there’s many places to choose from, but not really without the car. We liked to chill in the evenings and made good use of the bbq . Nicolas was very helpful with any problems and also local knowledge but basically leaves you alone to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Besonderer Ort

Wir haben die Maisonette in einwandfreiem und sehr sauberem Zustand angetroffen. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche hat alles was man braucht, die Einrichtung ist insgesamt äußerst geschmackvoll, der Pool fantastisch. Besonders erwähnenswert ist zudem der tolle und sympathische Kontakt zum Vermieter, der uns super Tips für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung und auch sonst praktische Hinweise gab. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen!

Excellent séjour!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce magnifique gîte, bien situé sur les hauteurs de Seillans, au calme et avec un superbe jardin. Le gîte est fonctionnel, décoré avec goût, confortable et bien équipé. Pas de séjour mais le temps invite à profiter de la terrasse et de la grande piscine située plus bas qui nous permet de nous rafraîchir. Tout est propice à la détente et Nicolas le propriétaire est discret et toujours soucieux de nous conseiller si besoin pour nos sorties ou pour entretenir son magnifique jardin et la piscine. La région est magnifique et les possibilités de visites ou d'activités ne manquent pas. Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir!

Terrasse et piscine privée au top!

Très bon accueil du propriétaire, disponible et discret malgré la proximité de sa résidence. La maisonette offre une belle terrasse couverte et une piscine privée très agréable au sein d'une grande propriété au calme. Elle est idéalement située pour visiter l'arrière pays varois. Nous recommandons cette location.

Das Objekt ist mit allem ausgestattet, dass man für eine Woche braucht. Die Lage ist sehr zentral für Unternehmungen in die Provence und Cote Azur. Und nach dem Zurückkommen von den Ausflügen wirft man sich in den Superpool. Alles in allem top.

A little treasure

We had a very nice stay in this quiet and charming place which we strongly recommand. The owner is welcoming and helpful and the house is comfortable, clean and offers everything you need (p.ex. barbecue, dishwasher etc....). The garden is splendid and it was great to have the gorgeous pool only for the two of us. We will certainly come back!
