The heatable pool measures a whopping 11.5 x 5.5 meters and is surrounded by eight comfortable loungers and parasols. Next to the pool is a spacious summer kitchen/pool house with a refrigerator and a Weber barbecue, where you can enjoy delicious meals al fresco. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers several covered terraces where you can relax and enjoy the view of the surrounding nature. There is also a carport for your car. This is right after the electric entrance gate. The house is 20m away. By the pool is the pool house (covered) and adjacent to the villa are two (!) covered terraces. More than enough space and choice to retreat or dine together.

Inside the villa are the living areas downstairs. The dining area with an 8-seater dining table and the modern kitchen with oblong island and bar are located next to each other and form one attractive and bright space. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and even a plate warmer is not missing. The lounge is stylishly and comfortably furnished and offers a view of the garden. On the first floor you will also find a guest toilet and a utility room with washer and dryer.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms have excellent beds and the bathrooms are all very modern and tastefully decorated. Three bathrooms have a shower and one bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. The Master bedroom even has a private terrace with seating and overlooks the pool. It is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or relax with a good book.
