Our stay at this condo was great. We enjoyed the direct beach access and appreciated the condo having chairs to utilize at the beach. It was a great place to spend a couple nights and close to good restaurant and activity options.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was as advertised. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. The space was clean and well-appointed. There is a very short walk to the beach gate. It was quiet at night. We rented a car and easily drove to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommend!

Wonderful getaway

Was perfect for 4 adults, very clean and spacious. Great communication with the host. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Sad to be back home.

Great condo for family

We stayed at the condo for 7 days. Great size for our family of 5. We loved being right on the beach. The condo and complex are very clean. Peter was a great host and responded right away to any questions. Highly recommended!

Nice stay

We had everything we needed for our stay. Waves were big at the beach (not ideal for little kids) but our older children enjoyed it. The pool is nice but all lounger chairs were ripped and unable to be used.

What a gem!

This place was perfect for our stay in Puerto Rico. It was an easy drive from San Juan and close to everything. One traffic light from the Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Luquillo Beach, and an easy drive to El Yunque and Fajardo for bio bay and snorkeling excursions. The condo was clean and well stocked from coffee makers to beach chairs and boogie boards. The complex was quiet and well maintained. The beach felt practically private and the water is a beautiful turquoise blue. My kids enjoyed the pool too. Would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing!!!

This rental is a gem! We have stayed in many beautiful VRBO's and this one is truly the best. It is fresh and clean. The decor is gorgeous and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is perfect and the beach is stunning. My boys also loved the pool. It is close to everything, especially the El Yunque rain forest. Having the two bathrooms and the washer and dryer was so helpful. This rental is perfect for families vacationing in Puerto Rico. We will definitely come back.

Best beach condo in Puerto Rico

Peter keeps a modern, tidy and very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of very complex in Rio Grande just steps from a pristine beach. Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful week over New Years swimming and boogie boarding in the ocean, relaxing at the beach with the beach chairs and boogie boards provided, swimming in the pool and cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed. Having a kitchen stocked with new appliances, blender, toaster, and staples like olive oil, s&p and other spices, made cooking a breeze. Features like filtered water and a Brita for the refrigerator are the kind of extras that made staying at Peter's condo truly special.

the place is clean, spacious and quite comfortable, also the area is nice, private and very clean. the owner responds quickly! so far good, BUT, here is a great PROBLEM that has me quite annoyed, it is supposed that when I leave the place in very good conditions as I leave the apartment CLEAN AND EVERYTHING IN PLACE I must receive the deposit between 7-10 business days, It is already been 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten anything, the owner now says that I should have contact the company to get the deposit. okay, it is first time this happened to me, I got the money right after I left the place, well, that is the con that I have found with these condominiums or apartments, if you do not receive the deposit the night is really expensive here.

This couldn't have been a more perfect location as a base camp to relax, explore, and enjoy our trip to Puerto Rico. The Vereda Del Mar gated complex, bordering a natural preserve, is quiet and peaceful. We loved the out of the way location that was a short drive away from El Yunque, Luquillo, and other areas. With guards on duty 24/7, we always felt safe. The private beach, pool, and other amenities were excellent.

The property was very clean and it's equipped with everything you need and more. The host, Peter, has thought of everything to make your stay a home away from home. He has excellent communication and make several suggestions on where to eat and shop. We took advantage all of his suggestions and it made our stay more enjoyable because we weren't trying to figure things out. We knew exactly where to go to get the things we need. The property is beautiful with the private beach and pool. It is well maintained by the friendly staff. I highly recommend this property. A host.

Stayed here as we explored Old San Juan and the north east. A bit of a drive to go to San Juan. Definitely spend an entire day or two there. Clean, comfortable. Nice place. Quiet

Clean comfortable stay.

We recently stayed at this condo and had an overall pleasant experience. The unit itself was clean, nicely decorated, and had modern, updated features. The kitchen was especially well-equipped, which made cooking during our stay very convenient. There was a cupboard in the kitchen filled with varies cooking staples which we very much appreciated. Each room had a ceiling fan which was really nice to have.However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The pool could have used more attention—there was visible sand on the bottom and some bugs and debris floating on the surface, which made it less enjoyable to use. Another issue was access: the condo provides a gate remote for entry, but on a few occasions we accidentally left it inside the unit. Unfortunately, the security guard was not at the gate which meant we had to wait for another resident to let us in. One time, I even had to walk all the way from the beach to let my daughters in. I hardly ever seen the day security guard at the gate. We were not the only ones that were inconvenienced by this. There were a couple times while we were at the pool that people would pull up and had to keep honking their horns to be let in. Despite these inconveniences, the condo itself was great and well-maintained. With a bit more attention to the pool and gate access, it would be a near-perfect stay.

It was okay

The condo was very clean but had a few issues that prevented a better rating. The kitchen light doesn't work, opening the blinds let light in to see but it was very stormy and dark during our stay. The water stopped working on third morning which is apparently a common issue as there were instructions to turn on the reserve. They must not be on a cistern because everything was flooding so definitely didn't run out of water. The beds and pillows were also not comfortable in our opinion. All 5 of us said the same. The fan in master bath was so loud sounds like it's about to go out. The beach was very dirty. Full of seaweed and logs and garbage, probably from the recent stormy weather but the complex definitely doesn't maintain it. None of us wanted to get in the water. The price is good for a family of five, if we had better weather we would have enjoyed the pool, tennis and basketball courts. We also had a power outage and the complex did have a generator to continue use of water which was appreciated, but nothing else. which is apparently a common

You’ll want to stay forever

Our kids were asking if we could move to PR and work remotely! The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Easy access to pool and beach, both with perfect temperature. We spent hours prowling the beach for shells, the kids loved boogie boarding on the 2 included boards, and you can also walk to a very calm beach which would be good for small children and had a reef with better snorkeling than on the boat trip we did! We also made good use of the covered balcony. The only thing that would have been nice is a dishwasher, but that’s a small thing. We would happily come back!

Great stay

Nothing to complain about. It was clean and as advertised. It’s steps from the pool and a short walk to the ocean. You can walk miles of beach. It is super quiet and a little bit set off from other places (15 minute drive from the main road). We liked this feature, but some people might prefer a more active area. Great jumping off point for El Yunque, the kiosks, or the touristy stuff in Fajardo. It’s only about 45 from Old San Juan. I got to meet the owner, really nice guy. My wife wanted to stay a month longer here.
