This two-storey villa is provided with enough space for up to 14 people to spend their holidays here.

On the first floor, which will be open only for groups of 7+ people, you will find four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds each, and one with a bunk bed, in addition to a bathroom with shower.

The ground floor welcomes three more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. One of them also has an en-suite with a 2-place whirlpool bathtub.

The dining-living room is characterised by high ceilings and a rustic decoration, which will make you want to stay here as much as you can. It is provided with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa, and it shares space with a fully equipped open kitchen. The whole house is provided with central heating, that goes by a system to reuse the wood residues of the olive trees that abound around the farm. It consists in that, with this wood, the chimney heats the water pipes that are distributed through the radiators that are distributed throughout the house. This system also heats the water for the use of the house.

The outdoor area is an ideal place to enjoy yourself and relax. You can choose to take a dip in the private pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers provided, or simply rejoice in the evening breeze as you sit comfortably on the porch. Here, revel in the delicious specialities cooked in the barbeque provided; they will satisfy even the finest of the palates. An outdoor bathroom with shower completes the facilities of the villa.

The access to the house, which is also provided with a private parking lot, is made possible by a paved lane.
