Cortijo El Descanso Vélez Rubio by Ruralidays

Vacation home for 14 people located in Vélez Rubio, in the province of Almería, Andalusia.

This modern yet rustic villa features four heated bedrooms where up to ten people can relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Three of the bedrooms have a double bed, one of which also has an en suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and two single beds. The villa also has another bathroom with a shower that guests can share. The common area is divided into a spacious living-dining room with a huge fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

There is an enclosed spa room available for an extra charge of €120.

There is also a cabin that can accommodate more guests and also has a television to make the stay more comfortable.

The fully fenced outdoor area houses a fantastic private pool, which will offer unforgettable moments of relaxation to all the villa's guests. The trees surrounding the pool provide the privacy you need to relax. The large covered porch will protect you from the warm rays of the Andalusian sun. You'll wake up to stunning views of the Mahimón and the Sierra de María mountains, some 1,000 meters above sea level.

Access to the house is via a 600-meter dirt road.

Wir waren zehn Freunde und unser Aufenthalt in diesem Landhaus war außergewöhnlich. Es ist geräumig, komfortabel und perfekt für große Gruppen ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, alles war blitzsauber und es hat uns während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen der Natur, mit perfekten Räumen zum Plaudern, gemeinsamen Essen und Verweilen. Die Gastgeber waren zudem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und immer bereit, auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Kurz gesagt: ein Ort, den wir wärmstens empfehlen und an den wir gerne zurückkehren würden.

Das Haus von Pedro und Raquel ist sehr gemütlich und bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten: einen Swimmingpool, einen Bouleplatz, kleine Fußballtore, eine Tischtennisplatte und einen Tischfußball. Es gab auch einen Grill, und Brennholz, ein Paella-Brenner und Gas für die Zubereitung von Reisgerichten wurden bereitgestellt. Das Haus liegt auf dem Land. Die Straße ist asphaltiert, bis auf 300 Meter unbefestigten Weg, aber nicht kompliziert, und sehr eben. Es gibt keine Nachbarn in der Nähe, daher ist es ruhig. Die Lage auf 1.000 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel macht es nachts kühl. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und eines mit einem Einzelbett. Ein weiteres Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein Doppelbett, und die Hütte hat zwei Einzelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Küche und Hütte sind klimatisiert, alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über Ventilatoren. Pedro ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein und bot einen hervorragenden Service. Ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie abseits der Stadt entspannen und abschalten möchten.

Sehr ruhiges Landhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, die Gegend ist perfekt für ein stressiges Leben. Achtung Leute, seien Sie auf viel Fauna im Garten und auf der Domäne vorbereitet Das Haus ist sauber, aber erwarten Sie keinen Luxus. Bett im Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool ist unbequem. Sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Empfang vom Besitzer.

Muchas gracias por su comentario nos sirve para ir mejorándolos .Los animales están es su hábitat natural es normal encontrarlos,muy equivocado se esta,si vienes a una casa de campo por un módico precio buscando lujo,para eso están los hoteles de 5 estrellas.Respecto a los utensilios tenemos microondas que en menos de 1 minuto hierve un vaso de agua.O cazos como se ha echo toda la vida .Los colchones son todos nuevos y todo el que viene me dice que duerme bien es la primera crítica que tengo por eso.Esperamos a ver aclarado dudas deseando de mejorar para que tengan una buena estancia.
