This house has a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bathroom with shower, living room with wood stove and kitchenette. The house has air conditioning and central heating.

The access communication is unbeatable, the airport is 25 minutes away by car, the A-92 motorway 8 km away or the beaches of Cabo de Gata 30 minutes away.
