Holiday home located in La Puebla de Cazalla, province of Seville, Andalucia.

In a 2,500 sq-mt plot 60 km east of Seville, you will find a recently-built, 135 sq-mt holiday home that can accommodate a family of up to 6 people. This is the perfect setting to enjoy some relaxing moments surrounded by nothing but fields as far as the eye can see. To top it all, you will enjoy complete privacy in this villa, thanks to the fence that encloses it and its location.

Indoor, the 30 sq-mt living area is furnished with comfortable sofas and a dining area, as well as a fireplace to warm the ambience up if you choose to spend your winter holidays in this villa. A fully-equipped galley corner shares space with the living area, thus providing all the facilities to make your stay the most enjoyable possible. The three bedrooms of the villa can comfortably accommodate all the family members, and they rely on warm/cool air-con (just like the living area). The 15-sq-mt master bedroom is equipped with one double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third one is provided with one trundle bed, which is ideal for children. The indoor facilities also include one spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outside the villa, you will enjoy the width and quietness of the patio and garden. There’s a cosy chill-out area in the porch where you can enjoy a relaxing siesta. The front yard patio welcomes a lovely pergola near a brick BBQ, facing a well-maintained lawn where a gorgeous, Roman end private pool is located. This peculiar characteristic of the pool ensures a smooth entrance into its waters, ideal for both children and elderly. Near the villa, you will also find an outdoor bathroom with shower, and a laundry room, as well as a 3-place, covered parking space.

Vor allem die Gastgeber begrüßten uns sehr freundlich. Das Haus befindet sich in ländlicher Umgebung. Es gibt kein vis-à-vis. Die Stücke sind groß und gut verteilt. Die Klimaanlage im Haus ist nett, obwohl wir die meiste Zeit im Freien verbracht haben. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Wir konnten frische Feigen genießen. Der Pool ist extra: groß, das Wasser ist weich und sehr gut gepflegt (jeden Tag). Das Haus ist gut gelegen: zwischen den großen Städten wie Sevilla, Cordoba und Ronda. Besuche sind einfach. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Überraschung mit Osuna. Wir empfehlen diese Villa und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist nur eine kurze Fahrt von Marchena entfernt, wo es eine Zugverbindung direkt ins Zentrum von Sevilla gibt, sodass Sie die Entspannung eines abgelegenen Urlaubs mit einer Städtereise verbinden können. Die Villa ist sauber und gut präsentiert, mit einem schönen Pool. Leider gab es in der ersten Nacht, in der wir hier waren, eine Party in der Nähe mit extrem lauter Musik, die um Mitternacht (!) Begann und bis in die frühen Morgenstunden andauerte. Obwohl der Eigentümer der Villa nicht viel dagegen tun kann, sollten Sie sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass an einem abgelegenen Ort Geräusche eine beträchtliche Entfernung zurücklegen können und Sie darauf angewiesen sind, rücksichtsvolle Nachbarn zu haben. Trotzdem haben wir uns nicht von der schlechten Erfahrung der ersten Nacht den Urlaub verderben lassen und hatten insgesamt eine erholsame Woche.

Die Villa ist wirklich toll. Der Hausbesitzer ist wirklich an der Spitze. Das Äußere der Villa (Pool, Blumen, Terrasse, ..) wurde von Manuel sehr diskret gepflegt. Es war auch sehr einfach, mit ihm zu kommunizieren, obwohl wir kein Spanisch sprachen. Diese Villa ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Es ist sehr sauber und innen und außen gut ausgestattet. Die Fotos sind wirklich echt.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, sehr entspannend in einer sehr angenehmen und grünen Umgebung in einem sehr schönen Haus mit allem Komfort, das Schwimmbad hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt und noch mehr in Zeiten hoher Hitze. Der Besitzer Manuel war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr verfügbar, er war sehr aufmerksam auf unseren Komfort und auf die Pflege des Swimmingpools und des Gartens. Seine Familie ist sehr angenehm, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und dieses Anwesen und seine Vorzüge voll ausgeschöpft.

Excellent séjour. Très bel hébergement avec tout les équipements. La maison est très bien entretenu. C'est un Havre de paix. Un grand merci au propriétaire Manuel ainsi qu'à sa famille qui étaient très bienveillants, aux petits soins et à l'écoute. Il n'a pas hésité à prendre de son temps pour nos soucis de voiture. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Le logement est situé non loin de toutes les grandes villes andalouses ce qui permet de bien visiter. J'y reviendrai sans aucun doute.

The location is a short drive from Marchena where there is a train service direct to the centre of Seville, so you can combine the relaxation of a secluded holiday with a city break. The villa is clean and well presented, with a beautiful pool. Unfortunately on the first night that we stayed there was a party nearby with extremely loud music which began at midnight (!) and carried on into the early hours. Whilst there is not a lot the villa owner can do about this, be aware that in a remote location sound can travel quite a distance and you are reliant on having considerate neighbours. That said, we didn't let the bad experience of the first night spoil our holiday and we had a relaxing week overall.

La villa est vraiment géniale. L'accueil du propriétaire est vraiment au top. Les extérieurs de la villa (piscine, fleurs, terrasse,..) ont été entretenus très discrètement par Manuel. Il était également très facile de communiquer avec lui malgré que nous ne parlions pas espagnol. Cette villa est vraiment à recommander. Elle est très propre et très bien aménagée que ce soit au niveau extérieur qu'intérieur. Les photos sont vraiment réelles.

Tout d'abord les hôtes nous ont très gentiment accueilli. La maison est dans un endroit rural. Il n'y a aucun vis-à-vis. Les pièces sont grandes et bien distribuées. La climatisation dans la maison est appréciable même si nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps dehors. Le jardin est très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter des figues fraîches. La piscine est extra : grande, l'eau est douce et très bien entretenue (tous les jours). La maison est bien située : entre de grandes villes telles que Séville, Cordoue et Ronda. Les visites sont faciles. Nous avons eu une très belle surprise avec Osuna. Nous recommandons très fortement cette villa et y retournerons très certainement.

Komfortable Unterkunft, sehr sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr nette und sehr freundliche Besitzer, sehr verfügbar und diskret. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das Hotel liegt in einem Dorf im Zentrum der verschiedenen Besuche mit Schnellstraßen in der Nähe.

The property was lovely. The villa was very comfortable and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was extremely welcome and essential for a good night's sleep. The pool was beautiful and very well maintained. This holiday was all about relaxation! A car was totally essential because shops are not within walking distance. The villa's agent was very friendly and helpful whilst utterly respecting our privacy. A great holiday for us, our daughter and son-in-law and our grand daughter. Thank you.
