This elegant rural house located in the countryside of Seville has four double bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with two single beds, and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. All bedrooms are also air conditioned by air conditioning.

The interior of the house is completed with two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, a large living room, a large kitchen perfectly equipped to cook and a covered inner patio that acts as a distributor to all rooms of the house .

Outside you can enjoy a pleasant terrace with porch, a large pool and several garden areas with swings and a trampoline for children.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt, Haus gut fĂŒr den Besuch der Region platziert, angenehm zu leben. Vielen Dank an die EigentĂŒmer fĂŒr ihren Empfang, ihre Freundlichkeit und ihre VerfĂŒgbarkeit. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und wir hatten einen sehr guten Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen fĂŒr 10 Personen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, um Sevilla, Cordoba und die schönen umliegenden Dörfer (Carmona, Marchena, Osuna, Ecija ...) zu besuchen. Ich freue mich darauf, in Ihr angenehmes Zuhause zurĂŒckzukehren.

This was a lovely home, ideal for a relaxing break. Nice pool and lounge area and cool house. The Hosts were really welcoming, offering snacks and drinks for when we arrived and sending us lots of details about things we could do in the area - to be honest we didn't do a lot, other than a day trip to Seville, because we just wanted a lounging around holiday, and this property was really lovely for that. But the hosts were really enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the area and really want to make sure their guests have a lovely time.

Excellent séjour, maison bien placée pour visiter la région, agréable à vivre. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. La maison est trÚs spacieuse, Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour de 2 semaines à 10 personnes. La situation de la propriété est trÚs centrale pour visiter Séville, Cordoue et les beaux villages environnants ( Carmona, Marchena, Osuna, Ecija...). Au plaisir de revenir dans votre agréable maison.

Sehr authentische Villa mit attraktiven RÀumen, schönen Zimmern und einer schönen Veranda und angren

Sehr authentische Villa mit attraktiven RĂ€umen, schönen Zimmern und einer schönen Veranda und angrenzendem Garten mit jahrzehntealten OlivenbĂ€umen. Die Veranda kann mit VorhĂ€ngen geschlossen werden, um es in Zeiten, in denen es abends kĂŒhler werden kann, gemĂŒtlicher zu machen. Die Villa ist 5 Minuten von Marchena, 20 Minuten von Carmona und etwa 45 Minuten von Sevilla entfernt. Die Tipps der Besitzer fĂŒr bestimmte Restaurants in der Umgebung (und PaĂ«llas Hauslieferung) waren ausgezeichnet. Auch die Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit auf Fragen per Whatsapp war perfekt. AuffĂ€llig ist, dass das Geschirr nicht in sehr großer Zahl vorhanden war, so dass die SpĂŒlmaschine (die ziemlich viel Kalk zurĂŒckließ) stĂ€ndig lĂ€uft.
