House-Chalet of 200 m2 built, on a plot of 1000 m2 100 meters from the lake.

The house has two floors.

In the first we find a fully equipped American kitchen open to the living room - dining room with fireplace. It has a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the second floor are the 5 bedrooms, each with a double bed and another single bed. This floor has another bathroom with a shower.

In the outdoor area we find two porches, an outdoor toilet and a large terrace with a barbecue area, pool and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and relaxing.

Ideal for families and groups of friends to disconnect from the city and work and connect with nature.

In the area you can do various activities (hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming).

La casa muy amplia y cómoda para un grupo grande de personas. El pantano de al lado precioso, también hay rutas de senderismo y están cerca las termas de Alhama. Todo perfecto y esperamos volver.

The house is spacious, well equipped and in a beautiful location. We used the porch and pool to its full potential, having BBQ dinners most evenings sitting in the covered outside dining area. The village is beautiful and the locals very friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much we are looking to buy a property in the village and made enquiries while we were there, if that isn't an advert to stay here then we don't know what is! Thank you Carlos, nothing was too much trouble and we hope to see you again soon!

La casa es espectacular, el porche muy amplio y la zona de la piscina fantástica. Se puede ir a pié hasta el embalse de los Bermejales, tiene unas vistas y paisajes magníficos. El lugar es súper tranquilo. El anfitrión nos recibió a la hora acordada y estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, preocupándose de que todo fuera según lo previsto. Genial.
