Olivares Altos Sayalonga by Ruralidays

Villa located in the town of Sayalonga, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia. The waters of the Mediterranean Sea are just a 15-minute drive far.

The house is divided into two floors and has six bedrooms, all of which have ceiling fans and ensuite with shower. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with double bed, a toilet, a cosy dining-living room with gas fireplace, and a completely equipped independent kitchen. On the second floor, there are five more bedrooms. Two of them are provided with a double bed each, two have one double bed and one single bed each, and the fifth one has three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with oven, microwave, gas cooker, cradle upon request, satellite TV, WIFI, etc.

In the spacious outdoor area, you and your family will have the chance to enjoy the terraces, the magnificent private pool surrounded by sun loungers, a comfortable solarium and a barbecue area as much as you want. Take revel in the breathtaking views, thanks to which you will want to come back over and over again, and always with the same excitement of the first time. You will spot the magnificent Sierra Tejada and Almijara, the Sayalonga river valley and some villages of the Axarquia.

The house has a large area for parking, and you can access it through a 1-km paved lane from the town of Sayalonga.

We had a mixed experience at this villa. The positives: Absolutely stunning mountain views, a private bathroom for each bedroom (a real plus), and an extremely friendly and responsive owner and her daughter. The small playground was a big hit with our children. We didn't use the pool, which is normal in winter, but it was safe and spacious. The drawbacks: The property is located high in the mountains with a winding, unlit access road (although it is paved). In cooler weather, we found the heating insufficient, which was difficult with young children who didn't stay under the covers. We had to use the fireplace and buy firewood daily to maintain a comfortable temperature. Some of the furnishings are old and could use updating for greater comfort. It's a beautiful place for summer or a group of friends, but it lacks the modern amenities needed for a family holiday in winter with babies or seniors.

Die sehr großzüge Finca liegt in fantastischer Lage mit super Ausblick über das Tal!! Alles Zimmer sind sehr nett eingerichtet und verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, welches sehr angenehm ist. In allem: eine super Lage und Finca, welche man uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen kann. Auch war der Kontakt mit der Vermieterfamilie sehr nett und familiär. Bitte auch unbedingt den Ort in der Nähe besuchen, er bietet kleinere Läden und ein sehr gutes Restaurant, welches man besucht haben sollte.

This is a really beautiful finca with an absolutely spectacular view over the valley and the nearby

This is a really beautiful finca with an absolutely spectacular view over the valley and the nearby mountains. The terrace is facing west, so you can enjoy the sunset. The pool is quite large and very clean. The owner's son-in-law Alex who is speaking english fluently (rarely seen in this area...) is a great source of information with a good portion of humor, he was very helpful and it was a pleasure talking to him. He will not disturb your privacy without warning though - just looking by twice a week to maintain the pool and offer his help if needed... Usually we never stay in the same place more than once, but for this lonely place we will surely make an exception.

Magnífico fin de semana. Éramos un grupo de ocho personas y cada pareja pudo disfrutar de la comodidad e intimidad de su habitación. La casa está muy bien equipada tanto de menaje de cocina como de ropa de cama. El sábado recibimos a unos amigos y pudimos comer con comodidad en el porche. Hicimos recorridos por los carriles de la zona y pudimos disfrutar de agradables vistas.

El entorno es muy bonito en plena montaña, no es difícil de llegar, pero es mejor llegar en el día porque no hay iluminación en la pequeña carretera que da a la casa. El pueblo de Sayalonga es pequeño, pero hay comercios donde se puede abastecer de alimentos y demás.

La mer est a 20 mn en voiture Nous avons pu visiter Grenade et Séville environ 12h00 en voiture. Je remercie la propriétaire et son gendre de l’accueil a notre arrivée lui même parlant le français cela a facilite l’échange entre nous..Elle a été très aimable et nous a portée une très grande attention a nos besoins qu'ils soient matériels ou autres. Nous conseillerons ce lieux à nos connaissances. Encore un grand merci
