"Il Rudere" is a family villa surrounded by the hills overlooking Lake Como and immersed in the quiet of nature. Entirely renovated and decorated with designer furnishings, "Il Rudere" will offer its guests a warm and comfortable welcome, enriched with all the comforts that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.
Arranged on two floors, with a large and welcoming lounge with a fireplace and a kitchen equipped with the most modern appliances on the ground floor. On this floor there is also a bathroom and, for stays of at least a week, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both floors have an outdoor terrace, the first to be able to have lunch in the cool summer evenings, the second to meet up with friends in a comfortable shaded lounge. A large plot surrounds the house and offers a whirlpool tub that will pamper guests in both winter and summer.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the first supermarket. However, in just ten minutes by car, you are on the shores of Lake Como, with its beaches, restaurants and famous villas.

Perfect for a stay

The property was really clean with all of the things you need. Communication with Christina was also perfect. We had a small problem with the heating and it was solved immediately. Superhost!!!!

Super séjour !

Une semaine très sympa dans cette coquette maison aménagée avec goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié chaque jour à notre retour de balades le jacuzzi donnant sur les montagnes. Notre hôte Christina est adorable. Nous recommandons à 200% cette location.

Ruime, nette en luxe woning

Een mooie, ruime woning met 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, genoeg buitenzitjes en een heerlijke jacuzzi. Ook is er een wasmachine en een droger waar je tegen een vast bedrag gebruik van kunt maken. De eigenaar is heel goed bereikbaar voor vragen of opmerkingen en denkt goed met je mee.

Repos au lac de Côme

Nous avons posé nos valises dans cette maison après avoir fait un road trip dans le nord de l'Italie. C'était la solution rêvée. La maison est vraiment très agréable et bien située pour se promener entre le lac de Côme et Lugano. Nos enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les lits et nous ont dit n'avoir jamais aussi bien dormi !! L'hôte est très disponible même si les échanges se sont fait à distance. L'accès à la maison se fait en totale autonomie.

Really nice base for exploring Lake Como

Really nicely renovated stone house. With the heat we enjoyed being in the hills despite a bit of a drive down to the lake. Would have loved a small pool instead of the hot tub given the hot weather but we swam in the lake instead. Overall a really nice week of family holiday!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist superschön und sehr gut ausgestattet, genau wie es auf den Bildern gezeigt wird. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht aus dem Whirlpool ist einfach toll. Ein Restaurant ist gleich ums Eck. Der nächste Supermarkt Fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wer gerne in den Bergen ist wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Super propriété

Belle maison bien rénovée et entretenue. Agréable à vivre avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Rien à dire hormis le fait que le jacuzzi etait trop chloré le 1er jour et nous a provoqué des irritations cutanées.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir sind als Familie für eine Woche in dieses wunderschöne Haus gefahren und waren total begeistert. Eine Ausstattung, die völlig den Bildern entspricht und ein liebevoll eingerichtetet Haus in einer tollen Umgebung oberhalb des Comer Sees. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. The house is really absolutely great and I can only congratulate Cristina. Cristina answered all our questions in advance reliably and promptly, which is not always the case! And the house itself? We didn't miss anything and we fell in love with the house and the interior right away! Great fully equipped kitchen including oven and dishwasher! Super beds, clean bathrooms etc. etc. In the evening we enjoyed the whirlpool under the stars! What more could you want???? We will certainly like to come again Thank you very much Cristina! KA

Ein tolles Ferienhaus für Familien

Ein sehr schönes Haus, perfekt ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hervorragend, Anliegen wurden postwendend erledigt. Einzig das Wasser des Jaccuzzis hätte gewechselt werden können. Wir würden trotzdem jederzeit wiederkommen!

Modern and well equipped vacation home near beautiful Lake Como

Nice and modern vacation home, very well equipped with everything you need. We have stayed there as family of four with adult kids and felt, that the size of the house and bedrooms is ideal for four. We have found the house meticulous clean, enjoyed the various outdoor seating areas, big screens and nice whirlpool. Easy communication with Cristina, very quick respondes. Thank you for making our stay so convenient and enjoyable. Potential for improvement: Standard mattresses are not particular comfortable.

Sistemazione molto comoda, nuova e a un'ora da Milano

Casa nuova, pulita e molto ben curata, ben fornita di tutto il necessario (lavatrice, asciugatrice, piccoli elettrodomestici per la cucina), grazioso il giardino e molto fruibile la jacuzzi. Abbiamo avuto un problema con internet che la proprietaria ha risolto in tempi molto brevi. Unico neo, i vicini nel weekend sono stati davvero molto rumorosi, macchine davanti al ns spazio e musica fino a tarda notte.
