VILLINO GENIA is located in the upper part of Moltrasio, a picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como. It consists of: 2 double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, 4 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Lake-view, swimming pool and 2 private parking spaces. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONVILLINO GENIA is a marvellous villa, located in the village of Moltrasio, recently renovated, with a classic style. Set in a beautiful lake-view landscape. It is arranged on two floors. From the entrance, up the stairs to the first floor we find a small balcony with lake view and two large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with tub and the other one with shower. On the ground floor there is one more bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. The living area consists of a sofa, TV area and dining table. The kitchen is finely furnished with quality appliances, fully equipped with gas hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen also has access to the laundry area. VILLINO GENIA has a wonderful furnished outdoor area and a swimming pool for exclusive use.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, is equipped with Wi-Fi and has 2 private parking spaces.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGVILLINO GENIA can be reached on foot from the area of the 2 private car parks, via a very short stretch of road of about 15 metres with a small flight of steps. Internally, the villa is arranged on two floors.MOLTRASIO & SURROUNDINGSMoltrasio is a picturesque village on the shores of Lake Como, famous for its breathtaking scenery and quiet atmosphere. It is one of the most charming places in the area, with narrow alleys, traditional houses and incredible views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The village is 10 km from Como and 5 km from Cernobbio, where there is the entrance to the motorway to Milan and Switzerland. Moltrasio is an ideal spot for those seeking a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, but at the same time offers a convenient location for exploring the town of Como and other lake resorts. The town also offers the Lido, excellent for sunny summer days.

In the town of Moltrasio there are bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a pharmacy. To reach them on foot, you will have to walk up some long stairs, as the villa is located in the upper part of the town.

Please note that there is a grocery shop in the centre of Moltrasio, but no super market. The nearest super market is called Bennet, in the village of Tavernola, 5 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 200 metres from the villa, while for the boat you will have to get off in the part of the village near the lake, in Piazza San Rocco, 15 minutes away. We recommend the use of a car, as the villa has its own parking space. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.

In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: €25.00 / Day.

It is forbidden not to separate waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.
