The exclusive and beautiful country house Casa Magnolia is located in the small hamlet of San Martino, overlooking the “golden triangle” of Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio. Casa Magnolia is very spacious, has a large, open living and dining area over two levels, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for up to 5 people. It is a historic Lombard country house that has been extensively restored with great attention to detail and many eco-friendly features, such as solar panels, eco-friendly materials, energy insulation, energy-efficient appliances etc. Natural stone, wooden floors and modern, stylish furnishings with lots of art objects create an atmosphere that is exclusive and cozy at the same time. The house is surrounded by a beautiful, park-like and completely fenced garden on multiple levels with several, separate areas for a lot of privacy. The extensive property has a CCTV system that monitors the outdoor areas and surroundings. The large, private pool offers complete relaxation with incredible views. A big, covered patio with kitchen, grill and pizza oven is ideal for outdoor cooking and outdoor dining. From the house and the garden you enjoy spectacular views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Casa Magnolia is close to the main attractions of Lake Como and is the perfect holiday home to spend a dream vacation in a beautiful and exclusive setting.

Of all the places we know, Lake Como has always been our favorite to which our family has come back again and again over the years, no matter how far the trip to get here. Since we settled here our love for this unique part of the world has increased even more and we truly feel at home. We enjoy welcoming guests and sharing the unique magic of Lake Como with them.

The beauty of the lake and the steep surrounding mountains is spectacular and truly breathtaking. It combines mediterranean and alpine elements into a unique blend. In the spring you see snow on top of the mountains, while on the shores of the lake endless varieties of flowers and trees are in full blossom. Whether you visit the famous towns of Menaggio, Bellagio or Varenna or any of the many small and picturesque hamlets, such as San Martino, what you will find is natural beauty, excellent local food and wine and the classic Italian lifestyle.
