An Excellent Perch Above the Lake

We loved the location for its views and ease, the ability to walk many places (inclines so be aware), and the guidance and care of Matteo. We would suggest that the owner allow the manager to have certain staples.

Amazing view - Limited Amenities

Location was fantastic. View was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive. Even though pool was not heated it was very refreshing in the unseasonable heat at time of our visit. Jacuzzi in the evening was a nice end to a full day of exploring. Helpful to have washer/dryer (although dryer was very challenging - by American standards). Only comment I would add to make the stay a little more perfect would be to have a few more amenities available, especially in the kitchen. Extra paper towels, coffee, waters, maybe even a gift of local wine bottle are all easy & lovely touches to make a stay more comfortable.

Great apartment, fabulous location, lovely, well kept site.

We were a family of 6 ranging from 76 - 15, and we all had a fabulous time. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and comfortable for all of us. The pool was enjoyed by all ages and was never crowded, the view from The hot tub is stunning, as are the views from the apartments. We really enjoyed sitting out on our patio late into the evening. The location was superb: plenty to do for all ages. We went paddle boarding, lake swimming, in the numerous lidos, hired a speed boat, walked up the mountains, visited the 14 chapels, visited villa Carlotta, all of there’s were within easy distance, most of them walkable. We also took boat trips to the other villages, each with their own individual charm. There is a cobbled path down to the lake front, from The apartments, bringing you out opposite the ferry terminal, a bus stop, and the Trombetta express, where there are a variety of very good, reasonably priced restaurants, and of course the Grand Hotel, where an evening cocktail in the bar overlooking the lake with it’s twinkling lights is a must. Matteo, who was our contact in Tremezzo, was brilliant, helpful and informative. It was a great holiday, but as we were only there for a week, perhaps a little short!

Fanstastico!

We really enjoyed tremezzo residence. Facilities spot on. The view, simply magical. The pool was perfect to cool off in. The walk to the village is 5 minutes but a little longer back up the hill! Tremezzo had all we needed for our family. A good selection of restaurants, shops and mini market plus the park, beach and two ferry stops. All in all a memorable stay, we would return without hesitation and definitely book again with this agency.

What a find!

We stayed here as part of a birthday celebration reserving foiur of the eleven homes and could not have been more delighted with choosintg Tremezzo Residence. Matteo was superb and gave us lots of tips on arrival plus the uk office were Always responsive whenever we needed to get in touch both prior and during our stay. Highlights included the pool and the unforgettable view! The walk to the village took us about 8 minutes and 10 minutes back up the hill! So not for everyone it must be said but we arrived reasonably fit and left very fit!! If you travel to Lake Como you could do a lot worse than stay in tremezzo and this stunning residence!

First class!!

Excellent from start to finish. We were met by Matteo (for whom nothing is too much trouble). We were escorted to the property, which is stunning! When next in this part of the world, we will not need to look at any other properties. We will be straight back to Tremezzo Apartments. Trust me, you will not find better!

Treasured memories of Tremezzo

We stayed here last autumn and have nothing but praise for Matteo, the charming owner. and the residence. From the booking, we paid by card, to being met on arrival, everything ran smoothly. The home is beautifully furnished, spacious and cool inside so offered a welcome retreat after balmy days boating or eating on the lakeside. Tremezzo is steeped in history and for us, we really enjoyed exploring the aged old streets and villas ,which makes it popular for tourists as well as italians and as such there is a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as the ferry to access the more touristy locations such as Bellagio and Menaggio. The residence features a jacuzzi and sauna as well as a pool and safe parking. We have recommended you to friends and will be back in the summer for sure.
