The apartment was exactly as described. Stunning and the location couldnt have been better. We had a short walk everywhere. The only 2 negatives were the 1' Kitchen had an ant infestation of some kind. We were continually killing theses little bugs and 2 the landlord failed to provide the check in information until the day weren't flying in. It ws supposed to be provided 3 days before. Travelling can be stressful and not knowing how to get in to the apartment doesn't help. I asked 3 times and their response was once the apartment is clean and ready, they will send us the information.

Thank you for your message. Regarding the ants, we do our best to maintain control by using appropriate measures. However, keeping the kitchen clean plays a significant role in preventing them. You could inform us let and we could provided additional ant control solutions.
As for the check-in process, we had previously informed you that all details are sent as soon as the apartment is cleaned and ready, ensuring everything is prepared for your arrival. We also noticed that you checked in earlier than the standard check-in time, and we’re glad everything was in order for you.

Geräumige renovierte Altbauwohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Ruhige Lage trotz Durchgangsstraße, die SZ sind zum Innenhof. Perfekt für drei Paare oder größere Familien geeignet. Check-Inn über Codes, ich mag eine persönliche Übergabe mehr. Sehr schnelle und präzise Mail-Kommunikation mit Beatriz - vielen Dank. Kleine Kritikpunkte: Wohnung könnte ein paar Bilder vertragen, so etwas kalt und es fehlt ein Wasserkocher und ein brauchbarer Besen/Kehrblech.
