Villa with lovely garden in quiet area
Detached villa On two levels, 170 sqm in quiet, very family friendly area. Fully grown garden, about 700 sqm, with apple trees and currant bushes. The house has a large wooden deck in the southwest (with electric awning) which is perfect for barbecues and sunbathing. Driveway with space for car. The house is about 2 minutes walk from the bus stop with direct bus to Spånga, Kista and Vällingby. 25 minutes travel time with municipal transport to Stockholm C, the same journey takes about 15 minutes by car. 200 meters from the house there is a playground and basketball court. The nearest bath (pool) is Nälstabadet which is about 1 km away. 2-3 km to Lake Mälaren where there are several very nice beaches. Nearest station / stop: Spånga C, Vällingby.
