Great Apartment / Great Location

This property was perfect. We stayed only one night to see Ponta Delgada and have a night out. It was walking distance from all the nice restaurants and clubs. It is on a quiet road right next to everything. Apartment was spacious w an incredible balcony. Would stay here again.

Very good experience overall. The apartment is clean, well designed and has eveything you need for a longer stay, the location is great, near the market, restaurants, bus station. Comunication was good and we were very well received

Market Place A

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located. It is near a farmer's market and a very nice cafe/restaurant. The access to a parking space also contributed to the positive experience. The only initial hiccup was getting in contact with the manager for the address to the property. It was smooth sailing after that was ironed out. You can feel confident to book this property. Cheers.

Great location, needs a bit more refinement

Pros: Nice flat in walking distance to everything in the center of Ponta Delgada. Couple of blocks to Farmers market and small supermarket. Easy to reach all the restaurants. Great big balcony. Cons: Very difficult to get in and out of the garage. Apartment needs more stuff. The furniture and bedding was new, yet not a great quality (very stiff mattress and one flat pillow per person). Kitchen, although we didn’t use a lot, could greatly benefit by having a little more dishes and utensils. We had to buy a knife to cut bread and cheese. No vine glasses, yet welcome vine bottle provided. Balcony could use a table and chairs for meals outside. All together was good experience.
