Villa Leonor Monachil by Ruralidays

Holiday villa located in Monachil, province of Granada, Andalucia.

This holiday villa lies in a quiet residential area 10 km from Granada. This way, you’ll be able to relax and have Granada and the magnificent Alhambra at hand. Besides, the closeness to the spectacular National Park of Sierra Nevada allows you to discover one of the two natural parks in Andalucia.

The villa features three bedrooms, which are spacious enough for six people to spend their holidays here; besides, a day bed in the living room allows two more people to stay at the villa. The master bedroom is equipped with one double bed and an en-suite with shower, whereas the other two bedrooms are provided with two single beds each. The villa features another bathroom with shower to be shared among the guests. The spacious, split-level living room is furnished with a dining area, a day bed, a sofa and a picturesque stone fireplace. A fully equipped independent kitchen with a dining area and views of the garden and a second living room with a pool table complete the features of the villa. The bedrooms and the main living room are provided with air-con and electric radiators to provide a cosy atmosphere all year round.

The 1,500 sq-mt plot where the house is located welcomes many facilities to entertain all the members of the family. In fact, you will find a tennis court, an oval-shape private pool, open from June to September, with sun loungers, and a well-maintained private garden where a portable BBQ is located.

The access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane.

We really enjoyed walking around Granada and experiencing the tapas culture. The visit to the Alhambra was wonderful and the local area of Monachil with its great walks and restaurants was a bonus. Add to that the lovely pool at the villa, plus the tennis court and billiards table and the whole visit was brilliant.

Relaxing home with space

Our family of 5 enjoyed the space, kitchen, pool, and views. 4 single and a double bed and 2 bathrooms were good. We loved the private pool. We liked plenty of street parking. It is was an easy drive to Alhambra and grocery stores. Left on train which was also about 20 min.

This villa was very clean with a stunning private pool, which has clearly been maintained very well, beautiful views from every room and a huge tennis court ideal for children to run about in. We settled in very nicely for 7 days and wish we could've stayed longer. The owner and family went out of their way to help us and even went out and brought us what we needed, their kindness and hospitality was excellent. Would definitely recommend this and you wont find another villa like this at such a reasonable price, would love to stay here again.

In einer ruhigen Gegend, nur eine kurze Fahrt vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, aber auch vor Ort gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und verfügte über alles, was man an Versorgungseinrichtungen und Einrichtungen brauchte. Der Vermieter war auf Nachfrage äußerst hilfsbereit, respektierte aber ansonsten unsere Privatsphäre.

Ich habe es genossen, hier zu bleiben! Es war in unserem Auto sehr leicht zu finden. Die Uber-Fahrt ins Zentrum von Granada war einfach und günstig, aber Monachil ist auch ganz in der Nähe und wunderschön. Wir danken Marcelo für einen schönen Moment. Er hat uns sehr geholfen, eine Reparaturfirma für unser Auto zu finden. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten und es empfehlen, wenn Sie etwas Privateres und Ruhigeres wünschen.

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Wochenende. Das Haus ist wunderschön, es hat alles, was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht, Kamin, Swimmingpool, Tennisplatz, Billardraum und einen sehr großen Garten. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben viele Details mit den Mietern, wie zum Beispiel das Hinterlassen von Brennholz. Mit ihnen war alles einfach. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, da es sehr stadtnah ist und sich gleichzeitig in einer ländlichen und ruhigen Umgebung befindet. Ich empfehle es und wir werden es wiederholen!

Nous avons passé un super moment dans cette villa. La maison est très spacieuse malgré que nous étions 8. Toutes le spices et chambres sont équipées sont de la clim, de volets et moustiquaires à chaque fenêtres de la maison. Ils y a de nombreuse pièces au sein de la maison et beaucoup de terrain à l'extérieur de celle-ci. Le living est immense et offre une vue magnifique sur la ville et les montagnes, avec un immense balcon pour contempler la magnifique vue sur la ville. Tous les équipements nécessaire à une vie sur place sont présent ( ustensiles de cuisine, fer et table à repassé, machine à laver, lave-vaisselles, sèche cheveux, barbecue,machine à café, presse orange électrique, parassole transat table chaise intérieur extérieur, tv, WiFi excellent, essuies de bains draps oreiller etc etc .. Tous est vraiment presents. Les enfants disposent d'assez d'espace extérieur et intérieur pour courir, jouer etc. La villa ne dispose d'aucuns vise à vue et les quartiers et les voisins sont très agréables et souriants. Magnifique endroit. Nous avons passés de superbes vacances. Le propriétaire est génial et les discussions sont surtout faites via whatsapp et en français. Merci

Le point faible : pas de climatisation dans les chambres alors qu'il faisait tres chaud mais bon c'était tres bien malgré tout. Bonjour Marcelo nous voulons vous remercier pour votre accueil et disponibilité mais aussi pour le jambon et la bouteille de vin. C'était tres sympathique de votre part. Ne vous inquiétez pas votre français vous vous débrouillez tres bien. Quand a moi comme nous reviendrons surement je vais me remettre a l'espagnol. Nous avons bien apprécié la maison. Notre première expérience en villa avec piscine privée s'est très bien passée: elle est bien située (à la fois au calme et à 20 mn de Grenade), propre, spacieuse et confortable. L'atout principal de cette maison est la piscine qui a fait la joie de mes enfants comme des parents... Nous avons été accueillis par le fils du propriétaire qui a été à l'écoute pendant tout notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter cette maison.
