Villa located in Alhaurín de la Torre, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This luminous, single-storey holiday home can welcome seven people in the four bedrooms provided, all of them with oil coolers. Two of them have two single beds each, one has a double bed, and one has one single bed. Two of the bedrooms are also provided with air-con. There is one bathroom with shower and the other with bathtub. The dining-living room features high ceilings, which, together with the wide windows, convey a luminous atmosphere. However, you can still feel the rustic atmosphere throughout the room. The spacious independent kitchen is completely equipped, and it welcomes a dining table, too.

Thanks to its location on a hill, this holiday home is not overlooked. The huge private pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a spectacular garden, and the holiday home is provided with porches, under which you can relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains. There is an outdoor lounge area, a barbeque area, and pool toys.

The access to the house is made possible by a 200-m long unpaved lane. The previous 150 meters are shared among the owners of four houses.

Peaceful holiday

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful in a clean and comfortable villa having everything we needed. The area was very rural (car needed) but close enough to shops, with lovely views and sunsets over the valley.

Fantastic stay

It is even better than the pictures show. Views amazing. Pool perfect. Able to sit out in different areas around the house depending on time of day. All the facilities you need. Comfortable. Nice friendly restaurant down the road (torre de vega). Horseriding school next door for the kids. All round a really great stay. (Do confirm that you want all the bedrooms made up with sheets if that is what you want. Sometimes they will only make up the bedrooms to the numbers booked in.)

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 Kids. We spent 10 days at the house and we had a fabulous time.

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 Kids. We spent 10 days at the house and we had a fabulous time. We found the house to be spacious, clean and very well equipped for all our needs. All the rooms had A/C which we great as it was very hot at the time we were there. The outdoor area was spacious with plenty of shaded areas to sit along with sun loungers for sunbathing. We really enjoyed the large pool with amazing views from the pool area. A car is essential and it was very easy to get to from the airport. The house is in a great location to visit towns like Alhaurin de là Torre, Alhaurin el Grande, Mijas, Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola. We also went to Sunview Park to do the Zip Wire activity which is only 15 mins away. The hostes were very kind and responsive. Over all we had a fantastic time and we would recommend this house to anyone.

Good getaway

The property was as advertised, surrounded by the Malaga Mountains, beautiful views. Pool was fantastic - constantly warm, heated by the blazing sun. The Villa has a lovely shaded area which was a relief during the midday sun. The Villa itself was very roomy - however, only two bedrooms with air-con and the other with a fan (which just blew hot air) other than that the property was ideal. Very safe and secure for families. Communications with Pepa was good - but do get the address of the property rather than a meeting point. The property is easy enough to find. Overall we all enjoyed our stay - good chillout and at a very good price.

Debido a la terrible tormenta que asoló la zona la noche anterior a su entrada tanto la casa como el jardin eran un desastre, el personal de limpieza se movilizó rapidamente, a pesar de haber sufrido importantes daños en su propia casa, para que todo estuviese aceptable. El jardinero solo pudo acudir al dia siguiente, porque también estaban todas las propiedades en un estado lamentable. Le damos las gracias por ser un cliente comprensivo, pero teniendo en cuenta que la mayoría del personal perdió todas sus pertenencias, damos gracias a dios por haber podido controlar la situación , para no arruinarle sus vacaciones Saludos PEPA

Everything was perfect. Pepa: Thank you for all the support. You and Rosi are great. Fine house. A fantastic house, very clean, with all necessary equipment and convenience. The view is WOW. 360 degrees view. The house is located on a perfect spot. Close to the beach, close to the mountains. Close to shops. There is a washing machine in the house. That machine stopped and was broken. Within 2 days Pepa arranged a new machine. We will come back.

Lovely Villa in good location with great views.

The Villa was lovely. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well looked after. It was in a nice quiet location with great views and only a short drive to the lovely Alhaurin de la Torre and also Malaga airport. We were met by Pepa who showed us to and around the Villa. Although she didn’t speak much English or us Spanish, we managed to communicate ok. There was very good communication with Josefa, who I believe was the owner. We had an issue with the electricity early one evening but on contacting him, the situation was quickly resolved. He checked on us via WhatsApp occasionally to see if all was ok and if we needed anything without intruding on our time. The weather was , unfortunately, not very good the week we stayed(mid March) which was most unusual as we’ve holidayed a few times in Spain at this time of year and always had nice weather. As the weather was poor and a bit cooler at night because of it, we made use of the wood burning fire. Josefa had supplied a good pile of logs and told us to help ourselves to them and they became very useful.We did manage to enjoy the lovely views on a couple of occasions when the clouds cleared and the sun shone at least. There is a couple of good, friendly places to eat and drink within walking distance. A car is essential otherwise. Aside from the weather, we very much enjoyed our stay in this Villa and very much hope to stay here again and hopefully have better weather to appreciate the garden, pool and views more. Can certainly recommend it. PS An abundance of lovely juicy oranges from the trees and also huge lemons (but we didn’t get to try the lemons).
