Déçu de la publicité mensongère

L'annonce présente une maison entière en location : Nous avions l'étage et les propriétaires étaient là. Sur les photos, nous ne voyons que le jardin à côté donc nous pensons que la maison est au milieu des champs : Il y avais un jardin certes mais aussi collé à la maison de grands hangars ainsi que des caravanes et du passage toute la journée. Une piscine et un jacuzzi étaient sur les photos mais aucunement les horaires de ceux ci : Donc nous n'avons pas pu en profiter réellement, surtout que les gens qui habitaient à coté venaient en profiter plus que nous... Nous somment extrêmement déçus car nous souhaitions prendre une location isolée afin de pouvoir mettre la musique et faire la fête sans limites de temps : Tout les soirs à minuit la propriétaire venait nous dire de baisser la musique et s'est même introduit dans notre espace réservé (donc à l'étage) lorsque nous y étions pour essayer d'éteindre notre enceinte ce qui est inacceptable. Aux vues de tout ces désagréments nous souhaitons être remboursés car cette semaine était attendue depuis des mois et nous sommes tous déçus de cette publicité mensongère. Nous avons rédigé une lettre manuscrite aux propriétaires afin de leur faire part de notre mécontentement et du manque d'honnêteté lié à l'annonce. Merci de votre compréhension.
