Viña La Sierra I y II Júzcar by Ruralidays

Holiday home situated close to the town of Juzcar, in the Serranía of Ronda, province of Malaga, Andalusia.

The home is located on a small hill among the towns of Juzcar, Alpandeire and Faraján. It is a combination of two holiday homes of three bedrooms each, which will be rented together. When there are more than 6 people, the second holiday home will be opened. For less than 7 people, it opens only one of the houses.

The advantage of relying on a double holiday home, is that the charm, the space and the care double, with which Francisco takes care of every detail.

Together, the holiday home has six bedrooms, three with a double bed each, and three with two single beds each. Four more people can sleep in the daybeds. The house also has two bathrooms with whirlpool shower, one in every house, in addition to two dining-living rooms, two completely equipped kitchens, and so on. The holiday home is provided with fridge, wood stove that warms up the whole house, washing machine, WIFI, etc.

The touching point between the two houses is the majestic swimming pool and its marvellous surroundings, which invite you to relax and get lost in time, while enjoying the magnificent views over the Sierra. The Serranía of Ronda’s fresh air will accompany you even in the hottest summer nights. In this area, you will also find a barbecue and a parking area.

Nous avons passé un super séjour 10 jours ce n’est pas assez l’endroit est formidable pour se reposer et La villa est spacieuse , il y’a tout ce qu’il faut pour une famille de 6 personne. La piscine est super et l’espace autour de la villa est magnifique. Mes enfants on pris plaisir a nourrir les animaux . Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur Acceuil et leur gentillesse

Y también tienen una mascota muy especial que se llama Pumba. Merece la pena ir a visitar la casa y hacer alguna ruta de senderismo por el entorno que es precioso también

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances à la villa JUZCAR, en haut sur la montagne andalouse, une vue imprenable, au calme nous nous sommes bien reposés. Les enfants avait de l'espace pour courir sous les olivier, cueillir quelques figues ou autres fruits mûr à cette saison, aller voir si les poules ont pondu et faire un coucou aux petits cochons dans leur enclos proche. La famille, Fabian, Maria, et Francisco, très accueillante et discrète.

Sehr erholsame und ruhige Tage . waren mit 2 Familien für 14 Tage dort . Eigentümer super Nett und Freundlich. richt Spanisch und sein Sohn Englisch . Kommt täglich um Müll mitzunehmen und alle zwei tage reinigt er den pool (passiert alles während die gäste schlafen ) Das Haus ist zwar ein wenig abseits von allen aber dafür hat man seine absolute Ruhe .Sehr großes Grundstück mit vielen Obst und gemüse ( darf auch verzehrt werden ) die Feigen waren der Hammer !! alles umzäunt deshalb haben die Kinder rumtollen dürfen . täglich 2 bis 3 frische Eier bekommt man von dem auf dem Grundstück vorhandene Hühnern ( Lecker) Bäcker bzw kleineinkäufe in Juzcar ( 5-8 min) für Grosseinkäufe sollte man nach Ronda fahren ( 40 min fahrt) fährt nach -Marbella ca.1 std -Sevilla ca. 2 Std -Gibraltar ca. 2 std -Ronda da. 40 min Grosser Stand Grill und eine Feuerschale für Lagerfeuer vorhanden . Häuser sind landestypisch ausgestattet . Alles mehr als genug da .

Ya hemos revisado la casa y afortunadamente no son goteras. El fin de semana que se alojaron los clientes llovió bastante y debido a eso cerraron la casa por completo, eso y la calefacción hizo que se condensara el vapor y que pareciera que había goteras, lo hemos comprobado con un técnico para salir de dudas. Gracias por avisar.
